Every time I come to this location, I have the best experience! Clothes are always neatly organized by size, and staff is always super friendly! Plus the store is consistently clean which keeps me coming back. (:

As usual, a fantastic sale! We get great quality clothes here for great prices. During their sales, when they clearance out the past season's clothes, we shop ahead for the next year. The owner is wonderful, can't say enough good things about her. Today, we got 4 huge bags for $87!

I sell clothes here and buy even more!! I love it. They have such a good variety and quality items for my baby girl and toddler boy. They also carry toys, shoes and books. I go here twice a month and always find new things! ❤❤❤

Clean store, friendly staff, and always the best prices! My favorite location!

The employees were super nice, especially the male employee working tonight (12/16/22)!!! Our son has a unique name & the employee knew exactly what it was from and made us laugh with his references/jokes!!! The female working on the cash register tried to get our son to smile with a dancing dog. She even asked if it would scare him before she turned it on, which I thought was very thoughtful. :)

Had a few things to offer for Spring. This store is very nice, friendly, clean and organized. I was greeted with a genuine hello and they took care of me while I browsed the store. As a "resale person" who's been in many different stores all over the place, This store was A-1 Fantastic. The inventory is excellent and they do have some new stuff (essentials..socks..e t..) on the end caps. I will recommend this store to anyone and everyone who is not aware of this 💎

Three months ago I was very disappointed when I went in to shop and sell some stuff. I have been shopping and selling here for about 8 years. I have enjoyed shopping there and have always had a good experience selling to them until three months ago. I went in and there was a new lady that I have never seen before and she is very rude. I am guessing she is the owner because while the other two ladies were working she was busy on her phone when she wasn’t being rude to customers bringing stuff in to sell. I have them 1 star that day
4/21/22- I am updating my review. Today I went in to shop and sell some stuff. Before I brought anything in I made sure the rude lady wasn’t there. Stephanie and Teresa were there (I have seen them lots of times and they are great. I brought my items in and had a great experience as I have always have had prior to my one bad experience with the rude lady. I changed my review to 5 stars after today,

I love this location! They always have a great selection and very reasonably priced. I sold two boxes of baby things that I didn’t need/want and thought I got a fair amount of money in return.

This is one of my most favorite places to shop. I started when my my first grandchild was born and I'm still finding great buys for my fourth grandchild. Excellent prices for toys, books, games, gently used children's clothing and shoes including brand names Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, Jordan, Puma, etc. Not only do I buy but I also get to bring in the outgrown clothes and toys and get money on the spot. And there's also a 7 day return policy. The store is clean and the sales staff friendly and helpful. 5 star rating for me!!!!!!!!!

All staff are very friendly and helpful! They are always very welcoming especially when I bring my 2 year old in too! They always have great deals and offer a good amount of money for the items I sell. It helps bring down the cost of the total a ton!

Hello I sold some of my sons too small clothes and when I say amber , Stephanie and one other young Lady made my experience as easy as possible they were very thorough they explained everything they were very polite I would definitely recommend this place. also there even was a gentleman that took my basket to my car for me 10/10

I have been to the one in Nova and let's just say, this one is by far the best. It is very organized and low prices for name brand items. The staff are all very accommodating and kind.

I love everything about Once upon a child Troy! Their store is small yes but it is organized to the best of their ability! They have a very wide variety of clothes, shoes and toys! So many name brand items, and even items that are brand new with original tags at amazing prices! The staff is super friendly and always helpful when you have questions or need to get something down from above the racks! Once upon a child Troy is my go to when I need anything for my daughter! I would highly recommend checking the store out if you haven’t yet!

When they had fill a tote bag for I think it was $11 I had so much help I forgot the lady's name but she was so helpful and kept asking if I needed assistance my whole shopping experience was amazing. She took from her time to show me where everything was at I NEVER EXPIERENCED THAT IN ANY OTHER STORE. If I get her name i i wi update review with her name. Never sold my daughter's clothes here so I wouldn't know how they are choosing and selling wise.

Absolutely love this location! The staff here is very friendly and the prices are always fair. On days where there are major sales they are fully staffed and prepared which really makes the process so much easier! The only downfall of this store is that there is so much to choose from and not enough space to sort through racks without digging.

Once upon a time was a great experience for us! We found lots of what we needed- warm clothes! They have clothes for all seasons and so many variety. The staff was warm and friendly and everything was clean. We will definitely come back next time :)

Seriously had the best shopping experience tonight with my mom at this location. Shayna and lauren were so nice and helpful and I got a bassinet a bouncer and so many cute CLEAN sleepers and outfits for my newborn. I'm definitely coming back tomorrow! Thanks ladies
