Anoka Hennepin Credit Union

This has been my primary financial institution for over 30 years. Because of the current staff, we stay. Several years back we learned about some changes that nearly had us close our accounts. Thank you for the great customer service. The only improvement is to consider bringing back the change machine.

I am reaching out to share my experience with Hector who always has a smile . I needed assistance straighting out where money my daughter was sending in to our main account and Hector took the time to locate the information and created a note so going forward it goes to the proper account.

I want to say how amazing Hector is and how he always greets me with a big smile, then helps me with all my banking needs. The entire staff is awesome and Hector stands out with that great big smile every time I come in. Kudo's to him for the friendly and kind welcomes. Keep it up sir, people love it.

I was served by Kendra and Yolanda at this location. I have stayed with this bank for so long is because the people who work for Anoka Hennepin Credit Union that I have personally talked to have always been able to deal with crazy situations (at least crazy to me) that come through the door time and time again. Kendra and Yolanda are shining examples of that today. Not only were they able to deal with a kind of complicated and unsure me walking through the door. But they did it so professionally and with an amazing satisfaction that I come to expect and get every time I walk through the door of an Anoka Hennepin Credit Union. It's Kendra and Yolanda that have reinforced the Trust and Loyalty I have with AHCU for the years in the past and the many years in the future. The customer service is always impeccable and I cannot say enough how grateful and appreciative I am of that time and time again.

My wife and I went to check on getting a car loan. My wife went first and she was blown away by how nice everyone was. She wasn’t just a number. Kendra D. at the Circle Pines location was just a rock star! She explained how simple it was to become a member, thoroughly explained the loan process and answered all of our questions. She really explained our options well. Not to mention they had the lowest rates by far! We are now in the process of getting rid of Wells Fargo and doing all of our banking through AHCU in Circle Pines. They really make you feel like family. Thank you Kendra! You’re awesome!

I have been dealing with with AHCU, specifically the Circle lines Pines branch, for several years. My experience has been nothing short of amazing! These folks make banking as easy as possible at every turn. My latest visit, with the help of Yolanda, was no different. I'm not even sure my whole body was through the door before she greeted me and asked what she could do. Tina is going to fit right in. And Hector remembers my name every time I stop by.

Hector is amazing so amazing!!! I only continue to bank at the circle pines branch because of Hector! I have driven into the drive through many times and if I don’t see Hector at the window I drive to a different branch!

We just opened accounts for the kids and I only wanted to work with Hector! While the kids were signing there names, my 13 year old didn’t know how to sign and my 10 year old was saying how she LOVES cursive writing but doesn’t know how very well. When we were finished with our account setup, Hector said I’ll call you in a couple weeks, I ordered her a cursive practice writing book. He didn’t have to do that, but the conversations with him are so genuine and he truly has a passion for people, far beyond their banking needs!

Kendra was amazing, too! She is kind and friendly. She helped me with a couple account questions and is great at her job! Keep Up the good work Circle Pines!!!

I recently went into Anoka Hennepin Credit Union's Circle Pines branch and was helped by Hector and Kendra. They were two of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Hector helped with all of my banking transitions and was so personable and friendly. Kendra was great to work with on my recent loan. She made the process very easy and I would recommend her and AHCU to anyone looking for a loan. Plus the rates are hard to beat.

I went to this branch today to close my membership. I have been having so many issues lately and was finally ready to change banks. When I sat down with Kendra, she was so nice and fully explained the issues I've been having so it made sense. She actually took the time and made me feel like I was a valued member. Kendra the bank manager at circle pines is phenomenal at communication and working well with my personal situations going on, making my finances very easy to handle! Shout out to Kendra! She is more then deserving of a raise in my opinion or some kind of recognition:)

10/10 would recommend!!! I’ve done two loans with AHCU this far and both were a smooth process! The branch manager Kendra helped me through the entire process on my recent loan and was polite, professional, quick to respond to my questions, and came in on a Saturday just to make sure I got the check to give to the dealership! I was so impressed by the service I’ll be moving all of my accounts over to AHCU!

The Circe Pines branch emplpyees are very helpful and always so kind. Everyone always has a smile on their face. My 2 personal favorites are Hector and Kendra. They always greet me like I am family and help answer my many probably (difficult)questions at times. They are the best!
