Mr. Savage and his team were wonderful. The inspector who came out was thorough, fast, and went above and beyond to help me make decisions on buying my house. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the 2nd home the Savage Team inspected for me. The 1st home they inspected they discovered a few major problems that saved me from buying a major headache. The second home they inspected uncovered some routine maintenance that had been neglected and the seller was willing to address. Their fee is reasonable and it paid for it self in savings from NOT buying a "Money Pit".
The men I worked with were easy to deal with and I can't recommend them enough.
