My wife and I moved from out of state and were lucky to find someone like Jeff to guide us through our home search. Not knowing the area very well, we relied heavily on Jeff’s knowledge of Western Michigan as well as his knowledge of the intricacies of the home-buying process in Michigan. Another bonus with Jeff is his experience in the construction industry. It’s nice to find a realtor who is professional, but finding one who can also advise you on mechanical aspects of homes is pretty rare. Jeff was also very responsive and always on time. Jeff helped us buy our home five years ago and was amazing throughout the process. Being first time home buyers he gave us so much insight and things to be prepared for. Even after the sale we had an issue with the seller and Jeff went above and beyond to ensure the seller did his part to make things right! I was really appreciative of him as a person too, because he is charm and easy to talk to. I'm not a native English speaker, and sometimes it's difficult to make others understand me, but Jeff never made me feel unlisten, he was patient, respectful and eager to help.
In addition, to listen to your needs, he is always honest, and helpful, he would usually have all the answers to our questions, but if he didn't he followed up with, and he would always respond within 24 hours.
