This store is one of the best experiences I have had at The Buckle. The key is to work with Matthew…he knows if the brand runs large or has a tighter fit. I gave him my son’s height, weight, likes and dislikes….Matthew is the best. My son approved all the purchases except the shoes. Huge success and credit is due to a highly trained and competent Buckle employee.

Great experience while shopping here!! In particular what made that experience so great was one of the employees who goes by the name of “Jaydi”. She had treated me with some of the upmost respect and kindness that I could’ve asked from somebody in a long time. She made my day. Jaydi was helping me look for Jeans and shirts and the right sizes and what not the entire time I was there, from the second I walked in to the second I left. I would like to say thank you and show my appreciation to Jaydi and the rest of the staff that was on schedule that day. Wonderful customer service and on top of that I got to walk out with exactly what I was looking for but only with the help from Jaydi and them. Thank you much!!!!!!!!

Natalie and Abby were great!! They helped me clothes shop for both my girls and found them some great deals! It was so nice to not have to hunt around for items my girls might like and spend all day being told no 😂. The two of them figured out their style quickly and we bought almost everything given! Highly recommend this store and the two employees! We all had fun together.

I was in the market for some new swim suits today and was having a hard time finding one on short notice. I went into buckle and a very sweet young girl helped me the whole way through. I felt so happy to have bought them from a store that cares about their customers. Thank you so much.

I cannot stress how amazed I am from hearing about my sisters experience ( going through transition) who had been snubbed at other stores. Coming here and being so accepting and genuinely helpful! So amazing to hear that their are still great people in the world! LGBTQ friendly ❤

First time shopping at this location and I will definitely be coming back! Kameron greeted me when I walked in and helped me find a certain pair of jeans I wanted and brought to my fitting room some other cute jeans I ended up purchasing. She accommodated my daughter and I in a big enough fitting room so we had room for the stroller. She was so helpful and sweet! Amazing customer service! This store is lucky to have her!

A buddy and i went here on New Year’s Day. Wow were we both very suprised with how excellent the customer service was! It was very unexpected. I wish i could have remembered the 2 gentleman who helped me pick out some jeans they were top notch!

Will was very helpful and the rest of the staff seemed very attentive. Nice to see there are places of employment where the customer is more important than what is happening on the employee cell phone.

I love this store! Customer service is the absolute very best! I feel welcome, it's fun to browse, and the people here consistently pick out and suggest things I fall in love with! Great if you know what you're looking for, but just as fabulous if you don't!!!!

Customer service was great. Everyone was happy and helpful and offered to get me different sizes of shoes to try on from the back room.

My fiance and I recently got engaged! We were in need of outfits for our engagement photos. I am not a stylist and fashion is not my strong point. We walked into the Buckle at MOA and were greeted with friendly employees eager to help. Before we knew it, we had a team helping us find the perfect outfits. It was such a fun, wonderful experience! I wish I remembered their names but everyone in that store that day, Sun. Jan. 17th, was such a pleasure to have working with us. Thank you all.

Both the young man that helped us while we were shopping at Buckle we're really great. They took their time to get the different sizes I needed to try on. They had some good suggestions and we're overall very helpful. I wish the world was full of nice young man like these two!

I walked all over MOA to find cute boots in my size (womens 9.5-10) with no luck until this store. The ladies were very friendly and helpful and kind of fun to be around, AND I found boots that fit me! Win!

The staff is very nice and wants to help me find what I’m looking for. They’re knowledgeable on their products and constantly get new things in!
