Fazoli's

The food was average, bread stick were not hot and they were dry thought the prices were high. Went because we had coupons only to find that the coupons had expired a couple days before and they wouldn't honor them. Had the stuffed shells not enough sauce on them and they were not hot. We were the only customers there and the restaurant seemed unclean over all will not be going back. 25.00 for the amount of food we got seemed high

Kari did an amazing job making my first experience at the restaurant a positive one. I would highly recommend this place to any family or friends! We will be back!!

Best place to bring your Kids!! 🍕 My two young boys get rewarded every Friday when they have a good week at school. Mom takes them to Dine in @ the Fazoli's in Jenison. They LOVE IT! 🍕

First time dining here! My spaghetti was great and so were the breadsticks ! Excellent service! Good came out hot and fast! We will dine here again, for sure!!

It was so yummy!!! The workers were so nice and there was a worker that upgraded all of our drinks to large just for a little wait on the food. I got the pizza and then those mozzarella bites and those were so good!!!!

It was quiet, but nice. I got my meal, and sat peacefully. While I ate I was asked if things where good, and offered plenty of bread sticks. The lobby attendant was always near by. But not so much as to make me uncomfortable. The food was hot, and fresh. An I was able to concentrate on my own going ons.

I've been here 20+ times and the same woman is always managing the lobby (Karen I think). She never stops moving and does a great job. She also knows many of the returning customers.

A Grandmother came in to order from her granddaughter while I was eating. It was pleasant to hear family chatter while having lunch. Management provides a positive atmosphere to work in, from what I can tell. Keep doing what you're doing.

Went and bought two combo meals for my elderly grandparents. They loved it! The way it was packed made it easy to store and warm up later. And the portion sizes were perfect for them!

Are meal cane out quickly. The sever brought our food to the table and then came back to ask if we wanted more bread sticks. Usually I had to go to the counter and ask for more.Ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and there was quite a few pieces of chicken. Very good food and excellent sevice.

I was hungry for some Italian food tonight and did not want to spend the big bucks for take out, and suddenly remembered about Fazolis. I am so happy I did! The food is hot and delicious and the service was great. They filled
my request for extra sauce and were very friendly and helpful. I think these bread sticks are even better than Olive Garden! I will remember this next time I am in the mood again for Italian!

Friday night dinner. We arrived around 7 pm. Still having their dinner rush. Drive thru was slammed. Inside was slammed. They were noticeably understaffed. Rude customers. Dirty tables. For some of the staff it was actually their first night working here. The staff here handled it in stride and with a great attitude! Food was top notch!! Best Fazoli’s that I have ever eaten!! Seriously really really good food!! The management and owners should be proud of their staff here tonight, 10/22/21. I hope that the new hires don’t get discouraged. They all rocked it tonight!! Keep up the great work!

My fiancée Alice loved these restaurants growing up and she doesn't have them in the area in which she lives now. She had a great time coming to your restaurant today. The young lady that helped us was super friendly and attentive. Thank you for fulfilling a great memory ❤

So this is new for me. See this crew working their tails off and crazier than a unicorn I finally saw a real life Karen in the wild! She was mad about her ticket time (they were slammmmed) and prolly could've used 1 more person. She was being super disrespectful and saying she was going to call corporate well just like every other resturaunt in the world these people are ran thin and well this lady (prolly just didn't get her daily dose of breadsticks which she could've missed a day on anyways) if she calls corporate don't give her anything free you don't want people like that in your establishment anyways. Phil below me obviously hasn't worked in the industry ever in his life so he can chill too. NOW to the team you guys rock don't let people like that get to you ever keep being awesome and I hope you got through it smooth. Good job to everyone on staff tonight!!!!
