I have read other reviews and they are horrible reviews I disagree I had a wonderful experience the manager allowed me to check in early the room was nice and it was very close to shopping areas I would come back again.

I came to this hotel on the most overbooked day of the year. They were the cheapest - I am not paying $200 per night for ANY hotel, no matter how busy - unless it's a resort with a private gondola. Hotels are only a little different at best. This is a budget hotel, which means you pay less for less amenities.

Most of these negative reviews seem extremely fake. I was there on the busiest day of the year (New Year's after midnight - literally). It didn't smell bad. It wasn't filthy in any way. There were a couple of damaged items - but I only saw them because I had to park WAYYYYYY in the back and my room was almost above the front desk - I literally had to walk the entire hallway, so I "smelled and saw" the entire place. If you need a place to sleep and you don't want to get gouged and are sensible about what "budget hotel" means - literally their own description - then you will be fine. I got GREAT service from the front desk at ALL HOURS. Below is my review from that time. I just went back to see if other folks were grateful or petulant in the reviews.

A budget hotel means minimum staff, minimum repairs and all of the budget going toward necessary repairs and cleaning. The place was spotless. Also, if you're missing something - blame your fellow man. The cleaning staff is there to clean, not take an inventory of every object and test all the hardware. They clean the room. Blame the weirdo who thought the TV remote and curtains were fine to steal. Seriously! The front desk takes care of anything if you ask.

These guys won't destroy your wallet on a holiday, even if it's last minute.

The beds are warm, the sheets (3 sheets and a quilt per bed) are warm and clean. I think five pillows per big bed, too. TV worked, lots of channels, everything was there except the remote. Guess what - hotel staff aren't pocketing the remotes... sigh. Stop whining when it's the guests lol...

Anything you need, you will get. Missing a remote? You get one. Need extra towels. You get 3. Just ask. The price is low and the rooms are clean and warm. Despite it being New Year's Eve, the guests were all quiet, behaved, and mostly FAMILIES or people visiting family.

Ali, if you ever read this - you should be the night manager. You're great at your job.

Our suite with in-room jacuzzi was perfect. Great value, impeccably clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the jets on the tub were pretty low down - hard to get any pressure on shoulders or higher.
The front desk recommended the Mediterranean restaurant next door, rounding out our great experience.
