Have been with Kari Hefnider Agency for 25+ years for home and car insurance. My claims - and I've had several major ones - have *always* been settled promptly, courteously, professionally and without hassle. When procedures were complex, they walked me through the steps. I was kept apprised of the state of the claims. They've been trouble-free. I appreciate that!

Kari Hefnider's knowledge and expertise is second to none. After talking with her, I realized I needed to have an insurance policy on my husband. When he suddenly passed away from COVID, Kari was right there helping me through the process during an intensely, emotionally difficult time. She made it absolutely seamless and took the burden off of me.
