It's a great shop! I have had a good experience from check in to check out. Big shout out to Royce up there. He really has went the extra mile in helping me out with vehicles several times. He has saved me a ton of money by giving sound advice on vehicles. Not only money savings, but the headache that would have came with it. I really feels good to know they will go the extra mile. Great customer service, I'll definitely keep returning.

I worked with Keith today on a warranty issue and dealing with another Goodyear location. After a bad experience with the other location I called Keith back and received a final conclusion on the matter. Keith was very helpful and was very kind with helping me with my issue. We also had very good service on our vehicle prior to this and the counter staff also made me very comfortable about the work that needed to be done. A 5 star rating for sure.

We just moved to Savage, purchased a newer used car and were looking for a quality service station with good communication. Steve was excellent to work with and walked me through the process including scheduling. The service was timely and efficient. The fact that all bays were full along with customers coming and going with no complaints overheard tells me this is a popular business. We have found a home for our future maintenance needs.

Came in the other day with flat tire due to a leaky valve stem on one of my tires, I dropped it off and a little while later they called and let me know it was done, and sent me a full diagnostic report on the vehicle. And the valve stem was only a little crooked so there was no charge. Love these guys, will definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Simple honest service.

I brought my 2013 F-150 ecoboost in to have an antifreeze leak diagnosed. It was what I thought, the coolant lines going to and from the turbos. This a common issue with the early ecoboost engines. I t took the guys at heartland tire an extra day to complete the job due to waiting on a specific part so I totally understand. After they completed the job I noticed that their attention to detail was top notch. All the parts they had to remove to get to the turbos was thoroughly cleaned and labeled before being reinstalled. When picking up my truck,Royce told me this was the first time they did this specific repair. It looked as though they had done this many times before. Their pricing was very fair as this same repair at a ford dealership may cost upwards of another $2000-$2500 more. Heartland Tire will definitely be getting my business again and I will recommend this repair to others.

Update: TJ, the store manager, contacted me and explained what happened. He was able to rectify the situation and honored the original quote. I am happy with the resolution.
I was given 4 different prices - quoted $599 before the work started, then $766 before I approved the work (I was told the taxes and fees were $166.00, which is why the price jumped, then when I complained about the price jump, I was quoted $670. I agreed to the work, then I got a call back after 3 mins saying the price was going to be $744. If I would not have gotten the work done there I would have had to pay the $87.50 inspection fee and take it somewhere else, which would have been just as expensive because of the inspection fee.

Thorough review of car and recommended repairs. Discussed options and came to final list of repairs to my satisfaction. Repairs were done as promised and updates were provided when compl time changed. My car handled the 1st snowfall with no issues. Thanks heartland!

I have to say that I'm absolutely beyond pleased with these guys. Royce was the one that worked on my car and it should've been a simple battery change. But it had another small issue with the negative cable having a short. He was able to find it and fixed it at no charge. I just wanted to say you guys rock! And I absolutely, definitely recommend Heartland Tire for every repair need. I'll see y'all soon.

Not very careful when checking cabin air filter. Broke the glove box.

This is an update to my previous negative review. The glove box has been taken care of. Very impressed with the responsive attitude and attention.

Excellent and honest service at this location. Dylan was the mechanic who took care of my vehicle and he couldn't have done a better job! All around positive experience would definitely recommend.

Came Here for the 1st time this morning for a front-end alignment on my Audi. I had been going somewhere else for the previous 3 times/oil changes, but wasn't really liking the service I'd been getting.

Gentlemen named Rick helped me out today, and this guy told me some other useful things along with my alignment that the other shop NEVER told me. Some answers to things I had been wondering about.

Long story short, Rick hooked your boy up today and it was because he wanted to be as thorough as possible.

You don't know it Rick, but I've been in recovery/clean off fetynal for 2.7years now, been getting my life together, and just baught this Audi and have done so much work already on it.
It's been hard to find someone to work on my car that cares about what they are doing.

I've been coming to Heartland since, I moved back to Savage in 2019. For oil change new tires and yes even tire repair. They are awesome honest & yes Quick service. I really appreciate them. I won't go anywhere else.

Great place to go for service usually my cars get fixed fast decently priced for the area also if you go here on black friday you can get oil change coupons for cheap they also sell really good tires here and the staff are always really nice and polite and always explain what's going on with my cars i would recommend going here for your needs for getting your car fixed they also have loner cars for you to use if you want.

Been going to this place for as long as I had my car. Always fast and staff is really kind. My family and I go here if we ever have problems!

I was able to get my tire leak repaired in a timely manner. Friendly staff!
