Heartland Tire

Everyone at Heartland Tire in Brooklyn Park is great! They are all so kind and friendly. They explain everything to you and make sure you're OK with prices before doing anything. I highly recommend them for all of your cars needs.

I have been going here for several years. They don't do work that doesn't need to be done, they communicate every step of the way, they let you know what needs priority, and they never do work without prior approval. In a world where trust is low, I'm happy that there is a place I can take my car and not have to worry about being duped.

This place is awesome. We bring all our work trucks here for service. It's hard to find people you can trust to fix your vehicle. I trust them so much I even bring my personal vehicle here. If you're looking for honesty and integrity this is the place to go.

I had my oil changed there. The mechanic always does a thorough job of checking my car to check that everything is running properly.

Always good service can usually get in fast also the people who work there are courteous and knowledgeable. They are honest with their diagnosis of your vehicle and reasonable on costs

Heartland and its staff were timely, honest and did a great job explaining things to me in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend them.

Mike and I did not see eye at first when it came to the damage to my wheel. After speaking with upper management, they agree that they will replace the wheel at their cost.

Mike reached out the the vendor and express his concern about the integrity of the wheel because he never had seen something like that before where the bolt holes can be bent up. Mike is not only concern about the damage wheel but the other 3 as well.

The vendor is going to inspect the damage wheel and may be issuing a recall on my entire set of wheels. Mike went above and beyond and want to ensure that my safety comes first. I will recommend their service.

The staff is awesome. I think Mike is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Always bending over backwards to help us meet our vehicle maintenance requirements. We have tried other shops but this place has been the best we have ever worked with.

Mike Martin is such an awesome guy, needed to get things done to my vehicle at first it seemed a lot but when he walked me through the process it helped me feel more at ease, having to fix my car is always bad news but it helps to know him and his team are there to help me keep it maintained. I definitely will recommend to other family and friends 👍

Just brought my car in for lack of heat in my car. My auto was fixed and Heartland Tire flushed out my heater core and now my car is too hot. I wish I would have had this repaired sooner, especially in Minnesota. The cost was very reasonable and they let me use a loaner car. Outstanding customer service

Very happy with Mike at Heartland. He very honest kind and straightforward. Only fixes what needs repair n let's u know what should be done in the future. Have trusted them for years n have never been disappointed

We were traveling through town and they snuck us in quickly to balance the new tires on our Denali that had been put on by someone else. They were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Even gave us a good lunch recommendation within walking distance as we waited.

Mike/Alex make a great team!!! I was lucky enough they had availability right when I called, but better yet my car was out of the shop in under 2 hours! Mike was patient, knowledgeable, and reasonable - so relieved I have a reliable shop so close by!
