Really great patient experience. Staff at the front desk are friendly and courteous. No long wait beyond appt time. Dr was very thorough, thoughtful and never made us feel rushed. She was also open to discussing different options for medications that we had questions about. The appt felt very collaborative.

I chose this clinic for a second opinion. I'm so grateful to the PA, Joanne Ostman, who helped me dramatically with my skin problem. The previous clinic I was at kept prescribing me the same medicine without checking on me. Joanne was able to break that viscous cycle and I'm on the road to recovery. She gave me samples of the lotion that helped me with my inflamed dry skin. I'm so grateful to her and the friendly staff and will be back.

Had an appointment here and just wanted to shoutout the 2 ladies at the front desk. Awesome customer service and you can tell that other patients appreciate them too. Happy to have found this place.

Fast and effective! Went for acne a couple years ago and they did fantastic at clearing it up and explaining as the process went. Came back again for acne again, because I had stopped using the meds and topicals they prescribed. Now this time around things are still fast and effective. Very friendly as well.

I was pleased that there was no wait, the staff are friendly & DrBonger was personable, did a full skin exam & coached me on needed repair for my skin, and helps me determine what needs to be done. I was a bit off because we recently lost our 51 yr old son who had brain stem cancer for 18 yrs. She and the staff there were very understanding. This was going beyond & above for me. Thank you for caring as well!

I was able to get in to my doctor on short notice. I was shocked, but it may have been due to a cancellation. Problem was identified immediately and med prescribed. Now awaiting successful results. Time will tell.

My appointment was at Seven AM and was I was gathered up by an assistant who lead me back to the examining room and engaged me with a friendly manner, check with me on results on my last visit and ran thru what to do to prepare of the NP. After several minutes the NP came in. greeted me, and did her examination and treated shots. She explained what she had done and what I should do to monitor my skin. All in all, it was one of the best experience I have had in a medical office.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The Dr was very through with her examination and did not make you awkward or uncomfortable. This was the best dermatologist I have ever seen and already have next appointment booked 😊👌

Very pleasant & courteous office staff - timely - procedures & going forward procedures well explained - no surprises - very professional.

Dr. Bongers is very thorough and listens to me about my concerns. I underwent radiation and she has advised me to see her every 6 mo because of my higher risk. We talked about having a bothersome lesion removed but when I mentioned that I was having an elective surgical procedure the following week, she postponed removal so as to not increase any infection risk.

The doctors and staff are always very pleasant and willing to help. My appointment today was no different! Dr. Joann was very cheerful and thorough with my exam, treatment, and follow up questions. We’ve been treated well there for many years.
