Great service at the license center, renewed DL&tabs in less than 15 mins via walk-in!

Great layout at this library and very helpful staff! The settings have been updated and look very nice. This includes the children's small play area, they have lots of options for what the kids can play with. I've been coming for years and will continue to with the improvements they have made inside!

I was at the DMV and the service was quick and courtious. Great experience.

Had a really good experience yesterday! I brought two of my nieces (5 & 7) and one of my nephews (2) up here to let them pick out some books. They had a blast!

There's an entire kids corner with plenty of books for all reading levels plus toys and tables for them to sit and read or color. The girls were having so much fun looking for books to bring home and my nephew was having the time of his life haha he was so excited to be there.

There was this absolutely lovely librarian who helped us throughout our visit and even helped my older niece get her first library card! She and another librarian were very helpful with finding the random books all the kiddos were asking for too and they did so with a smile on their face.

My nephew, for instance, really wanted a firetruck book. I looked everywhere and once we asked the librarians, they found 4 different options in less than 30 seconds! My nieces even felt comfortable approaching the librarians on their own to ask questions as well. I wish I had gotten their names because they both made our experience that much better.

Great selection of children and especially teen books available to check out. Far excede a typical Hennepin County library as far as available books to check out.

Had a terrible time traveling for work, and couldn’t find anywhere to have tech support try to help me with my laptop. Despite being an out of towner, staff helped me get set up with a study room and wifi access so i could get everything squared away. They were super kind and accommodating- a reminder of what a gift our libraries are. Will certainly be back when I’m in town. Building was clean, quiet, and a joy to work in.

Very friendly staff!

I was passing through on a cross country road trip and needed a quiet place for a videoconference call. The librarian at the front desk helped me access a study room which was quiet and perfectly suited my needs. The wifi was also quick and stable. I'd definitely return if the chance arose!

My three year old loves coming here. They have a good selection of children's and adult book as well as a little play area and computer games for toddlers.
