They went overboard by helping get a discounted repair and insurance and even took the car to the mechanic and dropped it at my house upon completion. Very good service.

Although I didn't purchase a vehicle from K&L I give them a 5/5 based on my experience. My father and I went in to look at a truck they had listed (which was very fairly priced). Jon and the owner (forgetting his name rt now) were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and being straight forth with repairs they had done on the truck. They were even kind enough to print us off other carfaxs free of charge for other trucks we were considering getting. Not pushy, no salesman type vibes, could tell they had been around for 20+ yrs for a reason. Seemed like a very honest operation. If I hadn't ended up finding the truck I did I would of highly considered purchasing the one they had.

I just wanted to thank John and Ron for getting my son Trent ready for Prom in his (new whip, an Infinity G35x)!! This car blew my mind for the price! Extremely loyal and dedicated to making sure you’re happy when they hand the keys over. They replaced wheel bearings, put new brakes and rotors in and new tires! Very honest and down to earth people! They even gave us recommendations at wholesale cost on parts and or repairs! Thanks so much guys, the car is awesome and we’re very happy customers.

I had such a great experience purchasing my vehicle with K & L Auto Sales. I worked primarily with John, and he was so accommodating. In fact, I initially had a loan with a 7.29 percent interest rate, but John was able to help me get a loan with a 3.99 percent interest rate instead. He took time to answer all of my questions, and he was very responsive to my phone calls about the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. He even came in on his day off, so I could pick up my new car. He treated me and my family with such respect. John is such a gem, and the owner of K & L is wonderful too! It is rare to find a dealership that doesn't pressure you and is truly looking out for you as the consumer. I plan to drive my new vehicle for a very long time, but I certainly will be looking at their lot again.

Pretty fair on price, worked with me a little bit on a trade and price. Noticed a power steering hose was leaking on the test drive so I bought the truck under the terms that the hose would be fixed when I came to pick the truck up. When I came to pick it up, they had actually replaced both power steering hoses at no cost to me. Truck has been very reliable and I haven't had any problems with it! I love the truck, and overall a very good experience with Matt.

I have purchased a number of cars here and I have always been very satisfied. I have also sent a number of friends and relatives who also are very happy with them. They spend quite a bit i'll time making sure that the pick up very good, clean cars. Their rates are very reasonable and there is never any pressure. I highly recommend K&L. I have always dealt with Nick and he has been very easy to work with.
