Mr. Electric of St. Paul

We had a microwave that blew out a breaker and having used Mr. Electric in the past, we reached out again. Noah was here to make an estimate within 24-hours and we were delighted with the service provided by Keith Pearson and Matt. They were knowledgeable, had a sense of humor and found a few things that needed attention and took care of them! Highly recommend!

Jade and Drew are really great at fielding calls. Noah is super knowledgeable and was able to not only get me a quote very quickly, but when things came up in the project he was able to easily adjust them for me.

Jim and Luke are super knowledgeable and they were very clever in making sure that they did minimal cutting. The job ended up requiring 0 repairs to drywall. They were also able to find solutions for some odd wiring issues I had with some outlets and at my electric panel. They are incredibly smart and thoughtful.

The price was reasonable. The work was completed quickly. I'm really glad I went with them, and I plan to go with them for any additional work I have.

The electrician I had been using for multiple years recently closed which led me to seek out a new service. I was admittedly apprehensive only because I was used to the quality and craftsmanship of the previous electrician. Below is a brief summary of my first experience with Mr. Electric.

Requesting a quote and scheduling was easy. I made my initial request through Yelp and within 24 hours I received a response to schedule a consultation. Randy initially came out for the consultation. He was professional and courteous. Upon reviewing my quote and my positive experience with Randy, I decided to commit and schedule the install. To schedule the labor I did have to pay a deposit, which is understandable.

McKeith showed up to do the install. Like Randy he was courteous and very professional. He ensured we both agreed on the work about to be performed prior to beginning. The amount of time spent on the install seemed reasonable in accordance to the work being performed. The quality and craftsmanship of the work performed is remarkable. McKeith even cleaned up the dust piles where he drilled. Nobody does this anymore, so again I am very impressed!

Overall my experience with Mr. Electric was very positive. I was impacted enough by it to write this review. I will also be looking into their affiliate service companies, and they will definitely be receiving another call from me this summer with an additional project on my to-do list.

We had a great experience with Mr. Electric. We just moved into a new house and there was a lot of work to be done with the electrical - it is an old house. Mr. Electric was great and had someone out same-day for a walkthrough and consult. Noah, was great and walked us through all our options for the different work needing to be done. We were then able to get someone in right away to start the work on the house; Keith and Matt were incredible and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric overall, and also recommend Keith and Matt, they did a great job and we are very grateful for their high caliber of work and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric. The communication via text and emails kept us up to date. Noah showed up on time, he was very friendly and fixed our issues quickly! Will def contact them again for future service.

They were highly responsive and clearly communicated the scheduling. Arrived on time and diagnosed the issue completely on the first visit. The service was professional and the price was unbeatable. The gentlemen who came were kind, courteous, and very professional. They respected our request for masks, and when they found things wrong that needed extra TLC, they explained everything up front. They went above and beyond for us, and may have prevented a house fire. I cannot thank them enough.

We recently had them out again for a furnace issue, and once again, they impressed. HIGLY recommend this company to anyone looking for someone who needs help, theyes people are amazing!!!!

Let me tell you how amazing this was. Matt and Keith showed up at my house to fix my power with zero notice. I called in tears pleading for after hours help and within half an hour my two knights in shining shoe covers came galloping in to save the day. This business will now and always get my business for electrical. I plan on asking them to hang lights and switch out some outlets soon. What an amazing experience. Call right now. You won't regret it... EVER.

We have had Mr Electric out to our house several times to fix various wiring issues in our 1906 house. They do excellent work at a good price everytime.

Keith and Matt went the extra mile to address the challenges of relocating my breaker box. What started as a one-day project wound up taking two days, but they remained positive and friendly throughout the challenging process.

Everyone I had the pleasure of working with at Mr. Electric was outstanding. Alex was fantastic with customer service . Randy was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining things I'm not educated on. Keith, what can I say an amazing guy. He did the repairs in no time and was very thorough in explaining every detail as he was doing them. And even went over and beyond what was scheduled. Keith even had a race with my daughter after doing the repairs. An amazing team over there. So glad I decided to go with them, any future repairs would go directly through this Mr. Electric

Randy came out for an estimate and was so polite, informative, and talked us through it all! It was a pleasure working with him. So hard to find good people with integrity and good character these days!
Definitely wouldn't think twice about calling them if needed in the future.

Keith and Matt did a great job replacing my breaker box. They got here early got it done quickly, and they explained the process to me too.

When we lost power due to storm damage, we assumed it would be a long process to get repairs done. Mr Electric handled every step with clear communication and efficiency. Couldn’t be more happy with our choice to use them!

After another electrician gave us a quote for more than double what we expected to pay, Mr. Electric gave us a much reasonable quote, and we chose to use them for a house rewire, service upgrade, and other miscellaneous work. Their estimation process was very transparent, which helped me feel comfortable hiring them for all this work.

Keith was our electrician, and he did a fantastic job! He was very professional, timely, but also fun to work with. My wife and I opted to help with some of the work to reduce costs, and he was always very patient and thorough when it came to teaching us how to help. I'm confident that our house's electrical is in much better condition, and I'm much more knowledgeable as well. I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone.

These guys are amazing, and they all deserve the best. They were so kind and helpful when our roofe damaged a wire in our attic and refused to pay Mr. Electric for the fix. Mr. Electic's employees were so kind and helpful with helping us getting the roofer to pay the bill. 100% would use this company again.
