First time taking my vehicle to Rosewood -- fantastic experience! The communication was great, repairs were taken care of quickly with no issue, and I was extremely thankful for their loaner vehicle to take the stress out of getting my car back in time to pick kids up, etc. Thank you!!!

Rosewood is honest, capable, and affordable. We've spent a lot there, but they've also saved us a lot of money on more than a couple of occasions. We really appreciate them.
The only downside is that because they are all of that, they're also very busy and it is often a couple of weeks before they can get to your vehicle.

Quick turnaound and great pricing, especially compared to the stealership! Five stars for sure!

Honest and trustworthy business. I’ve been going to them for the last 8 years (with 3 different cars) and they’re always very good about making sure the job is done correctly and at a fair price.
A few times (including today) they’ve gotten me in at the last minute to check out my car and even able to fix it the same day. Very grateful for their work. We won’t go anywhere else!

I love their communication process - a prompt return call back when I needed to schedule my vehicle, a phone call and text with a cost estimate for me to approve before they started any work, and then a text and detailed invoice when my vehicle was ready! I was pleased with the speed, quality, and service I received! Highly recommend!

I took my car into Rosewood after having a check engine light on for awhile. They were quick to diagnose & work on the car. I also ended up getting new tires with them also Their prices are also reasonable. They’re knowledgeable & friendly - highly recommend!

I bought my car and have had it 2 years with no issues, my car decided to have two issues start at once and with being a college kid I was terrified to bring it in assuming something major was wrong with it. I expected everything to be $500-$1000 with the prices at the last shop I went and was very relieved when Mike got me in within and week, my car was finished the same day I brought it in, and it was only $300. I got an oil change, my caliper redone, and my sunroof fixed. They are extremely reasonable and i highly recommend them!

Been going here for over 15 years. It was great when Ron was there and it's still great with Mike in charge. Honest, decently priced, quality mechanics are a rare breed these days, but Rosewood Auto Service is definitely one them.

We brought our 20 year old import to Rosewood Auto after two other local shops declined to work on it. They agreed to take on the repair which given it's age, presented challenges. They stayed on it until it was done correctly and kept me informed all along the way. Rosewood Auto does business in a honest manner and they are now our permanent shop for Auto repair. Quite some time, and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the work that they do. Most recently I had a tire rotation performed, and I wasn’t charged for the labor. Rosewood goes above and beyond for their customers! Highly recommend! Mike is also a really good dude as well.

Did a awesome job quick in and out and trust worthy

Excellent experience with installation of auxiliary pedal cluster in car for rural mail carrier usage. Vehicle was completed in reasonable time and cost of repairs was $20 below estimate. Shop manager is very couteous and efficient and work was double checked upon completion. I would recommend Rosewood Auto Service highly. While waiting, I was very aware of their loyal customer base.
