Great service and all of the small and large hardware that you may need. When you need something - you will be surprised at what an assortment they have. Also great for service of snowblowers, lawn mowers, chainsaws, all small engines!

Super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me get a spare key for my Kenworth (ha ha. No dealership prices). And helped me on some other projects. Store was clean and really big. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Great service. No one at the paint counter when I got there but an employee quickly saw me and came to help. Got me set up with the specific color for my customer as well as helped me pick the best finish for the application. Grabbed a few supplies while I waited on paint and was out quick.

Great store with many great items to look at and purchase. The employees were helpful and polite. I'm definitely a returning customer at the store.

Great selection, great folks, Frattallones has parted ways with Ace but is still a great, maybe better, store. Great place to start and finish your projects! Friendly and knowledgeable folks greet you at the door.

I visited Frattalones yesterday to get some screws to replace some we had lost for a new deadbolt. I initially went to Home Depot but after waiting 10 minutes for someone to help, they informed me they didn't carry those sizes. The second I walked into Frattalones, Maddie greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told her what I was looking for, she brought me to Tom who found what we needed very quickly. Cheryl at the register was very nice and courteous. When I got home it turned out we actually needed a different size screw as well, so my husband and I went back. We were welcomed back by Cheryl who asked if we needed more help finding what we needed. We went back to the correct section and got help from Tim who found what we needed right away. Overall an amazing experience, we will definitely be using this store for our home improvement needs!

Extremely helpful group of people working at this store. Every time I walk in I am asked what I need help with, and the attention to the customer is a top priority at this store. I needed help with a deck project and the team here went above and beyond to make sure they helped in any way they could and I can't say enough positive things. Thank you for running a truly classy operation and not forgetting the often forgotten customer service component of running a business.

Great service and super helpful people. Gave me options and the lady at the register was probably the most friendly person I've ever met. The screw I bought broke off in the back of my TV so that sucked, but I think it had more to do with the TV holes being offset. Not blaming the store for that one 🤷🏻‍♂

Hottest Day ever and I needed a couple of things. I was excited & grateful that I didn’t have to speed shop cause I had my dog in the car. They allow your well behaved dog to come in and shop with you.

While not as big as a Menards or HomeDepot, they have the BEST service ever! You will be asked within seconds by a kind courteous service representative if you need any help finding something. Don't faint if your only used to the huge mega stores. This is a business run the way businesses should be run. Please support this great store and its employees.

Better than typical hardware and home store. This location carries a unique selection of items. The staff has always been very welcoming and eager to assist. Happy to stop in when looking for hardware and yard supplies!

This review is long overdue, but I just want to say how happy I am with the store. After going to Home Depot and walking around for an hour frustrated, I went over to Ace and they helped me within two seconds of me walking in the door. I have a new favorite hardware store and I encourage you to go too!

Amazing customer service!! I went in to buy a smoker and before I knew it I had someone who knew more about smoking than I could have ever hoped for! He helped me the whole way through and got me into the Webber smokefire even though they didn’t have them in stock yet. They ordered it in put it together and even helped me load it up! I can’t say enough great things about everyone I had help me thank you guys so much!

This place is great! Helpful, courteous workers who consistently ask upon entry if they can be of assistance and direct me or take me to the place where my querried item is located. They are wearing facemasks and have clear barriers in place at the cash register check out. Well stocked with a nice variety of items.

This is the best hardware store. The employees are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are good and they have a great selection of products. I love that if i buy fertilizer there i can use a spreader for the day for free!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I'm a new resident to the area and have been here often since I moved. They've helped or offered help every time I've needed it and answered all my questions. Best hardware store hands down.
