It's a great store!! I was there on Saturday last week. Nishan helped me with many things at the home department, and He is charming and friendly. He is a lovely young man. He is always willing to help me. I don't see him often, but whenever I see him, he makes my day happy.

See/ask for Shay! She may be new in the Salon, but she’s not new to hair! She’s an incredible stylist! She’s been my only stylist/colorist since moving here 4.5 years ago. She started her “new adventure” at Penny’s at OakView, and I will only go wherever she works! She’s sweet and extremely talented. She will NEVER allow you to leave until she’s certain you’re happy!

I went to JCPenney's to buy a suit the employee that help me Julian had amazing customer service he was very knowledgeable and friendly he help me find everything that I was looking for and get the suit and the right size I needed would highly recommend that JCPenney's location
