Cake by the Pound at Ruby's Place

The first time I had bought the German chocolate cake. It was so delicious. I also want to try the peach cobbler, but they were out. I love love love peach cobbler. I said ok. I’ll get them the next time I come. In my mom’s recipe of peach cobbler. It has to have crunch and peaches throughout the entire peach cobbler. Thats why it’s called “Peaches then cobbler” hahaha. So I stopped by this passed Saturday. Praying they had peach cobbler, and Lord the man at the counter said it will be done in one hour. I left and came back. I order two orders of peach cobbler. Long story short. My mom passed away in 2017. When I tell you I swear my mom came back from heaven. Made that cobbler and went back. That peach cobbler was so good. I called back to see if they had any more left. He said we close at six pm. I said I’m on my way. I made it there In 2.5 minutes and bought the rest of the peach cobbler and I order a whole one to pick up on Wednesday when they open back up. I found my favorite peach cobbler. Thank you Mrs. Ruby you did that and I am very grateful for you ❤❤❤💕🔥🔥😘💋

I purchased a few slices of the pound cake. It was very popular in our house. Great flavor, moist and reminded me of my late Grandmother's cakes.

Carrot Cake was great! Would certainly by another when I’m in town. Brownies and tea cakes were also good! No need to go anywhere else. :)

Cake was absolutely amazing! Huge slice is $5.50 and worth every penny. Definitely homemade. You won't be disappointed
