Westlake Ace Hardware

I love this store because it is close to where I live and they usually have the home improvement items I need, without having to go to a bigger store. Someone will usually ask me if I need help finding anything or will give me advice on whatever project I am trying to complete.

These guys know customer service. Was greeted by 3 employees when entering the store, asking if they could help. Mentioned an online price which seemed low but they didn't argue. ACE rewards reflected online price and all was good. Went back in the store when I forgot my receipt and was again greeted by 2 employees asking if I needed help.

Very nice people at the store and a very pretty store has a lot of pretty items in it was looking at on top of the hardware supplies that are everything you can think of! Make sure you stop in it's a great store.

Even tho they did not have what I was looking for in store ,I could order online..

The staff are always quick & willing to make a key or help direct clientele to whatever item searched for.

Staff there are kind and helpful and my bf and I really enjoyed stopping in to get what we needed that day! Thanks for being a wonderful place to get gardening supplies.

Always find what I need. Loved the variety of outside plants this year was very impressed. I will be going back next year for plants ( flowers an veggies) 😃

Ace Hardware is one of the few old school hardware stores left. They carry just about anything you'd need for suburban gardening, house repair, or paint. Staff is usually helpful and courteous which is rare to see when good help can be tough to find. I prefer to shop here rather than driving all the way out to Lowes or home Depot unless absolutely needed.

I love their butterfly garden perennials! Nice variety of healthy plants and much cheaper than a lot of places for perennials. The plants I have purchased here did well after transplant.
They also carry DeWalt tools

Great experience found what I needed fast and every time I need help with screws I can't find. they always help me find the right one and they were kind and smiles on their faces ..I always have a great experience at this store ..love this location .I really recommend it

Was greeted as I walked in, told them what I was looking for. They walked me to it and I was on my way back out in less that 5mins. That included the humorous conversation we had complaining about something or other on the way to get my parts. Nice people

So glad to have a neighborhood hardware store! It's my frequent go to, and I'm happy to support them. Sadly, I was a little disappointed earlier today to see some of the staff not wearing face masks. They should set an example for there customers.

Most of the time, I know what I need and where to go. I like that I'm pretty much left alone to figure things out what I'm needing. But on the occasion that I need someone, they're there to help. Pretty nice reward system too.
