Quick response & friendly. Reasonably priced and explained everything appropriately. Felt very comfortable with the technician. He gave good advice throughout the process and let me know things I needed to watch out for in the future. They got everything done in a timely manner and even followed up to make sure there were no further issues. Would definitely recommend.

Website made it easy to schedule my appointment. You can skip past the line, find an open slot and click to schedule. Got a confirmation text right away. Day of scheduled drain clean, got a text from them with a picture of the person that was going to perform the action and a simple Y to let them know you are ready. I got Nicholas and from the beginning was very professional and easy to talk too. Didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. He worked pretty hard for the clog but it was handled. He offered suggestions for hair catcher for bath/shower to help minimize hair going into the drain. When he was finished he wiped down his area and it was an easy payment process. He offered a suggestion for all drains to help battle the sludge issues. All in all great experience and great service. Thank you!

I have been looking for a reliable, trustworthy plumbing company that I could count on when issues inevitably come up without any luck. Drain Daddy checked every box! Super easy to schedule, transparent and reasonable pricing, great communication, arrived right on time and we got an awesome technician. Nicholas was super nice, very professional and had our issue resolved in absolutely no time at all. He provided suggestions for maintenance and even quickly looked at an older issue we're considering remodeling, and gave us great feedback. I had to call Drain Daddy back due to drain backing up again. I just bought my house in January and there was nothing in the disclosure about plumbing issues. I believe the house was vacant for a couple months before moving in. I was told roots could arise rapidly due to cold weather and empty house. Anyways, the first time they came out they recommended the jetting service but it was not covered in my home warranty package. I had to pay for the jetting service out of pocket this time around. But not only did they come out the same day I called, they took their time and did a thorough job. They worked out a fair deal for me given the circumstances. The situation was unfortunate but I was glad to have this company come out and will call them again if I have issues.

Tech worked hard to open sewer, said he couldn't open it and I needed to call a drain company. I was billed $505.00. I did call In-law Plumbing ,who worked until they got it open , didn't quit in middle of job.

Update to above post from Leslie. Owner called me & we had a nice, professional conversation , with clarifications for both. I ask that those reading my prior post not to view it as a negative. Our call resulted in better understanding by me, superior customer service from the owner, completely unexpected or requested by me. I would not hesitate to call them for future plumbing needs.

I am a new homeowner (2 months) and there was a clog in my main sewer that I couldn’t reach with my snake so I called Drain Daddy. Nick was professional, eased my concerns and quick to fix the clog. He showed me the entire main on his sewer camera after the clog was released and was more than willing to give any other plumbing advice with the various questions I had as a new home owner. I would recommend!! The upfront price is a perk as well!
