I can’t express how dope Heaven and her manager were when I was doing my Christmas shopping & needed some convincing it’s okay to splurge on yourself this time of year too. 20/10 customer service.

I went with my friend to look for a specific pair of shoes she had been looking for. I didn’t catch the name of the salesperson that helped us but she was wonderful and ended up ordering the shoes for my friend. She has red hair and was extremely friendly and great at her job. She made our day!

The guy I worked with at Journeys was incredibly welcoming and had a great attitude. He tried to up-sell me on two different occasions in a polite, informative way. I left the store thinking about how good his service was!

the guy who helped me was very nice and so were the other employees working with him. they complimented my jacket i made and the girls working there said they’d buy one from me if i sold them. if anyone sees this, plz tell them they can find one online if they search up “harry styles cardigan”. they worked around 5:30 pm on december 27. thank you :)

I had called to have more information about returns or exchanges not realizing that they weren’t open yet. Even though it was before hours they still answered and were beyond helpful, the lady was super nice and helpful. 10/10

Ask for Ashley!! She will take care of any of your shoe needs and if she can’t she will be honest & genuine. Best shoe experience to date. Believe me, I have unique shoe requirements.

I have a hard time finding shoes, but Fabio helped. He found my size and brought out different colors so I had options. I will definitely be going back.
