I go here for a boxing and shape class. The instructor is very educated in the art and techniques of boxing. If you decide to join be ready for an intense workout at a very high pace. I get a great workout every class I attend. The classes are Wednesday 530pm - 630 and Saturday 9am - 10am. Come join us for the New Year.

$3 a day for full gym access, lots of activities for ages toddlers to seniors, very cheap and reasonable monthly passes available.
