First time I had a sandwich from here my son ordered a delivery, so I decided I was going to go a second time and eat there! Although the gal that took my order misunderstood my request for a gluten-free bun, they quickly fixed it and even gave me a gluten-free cookie! Thank you! Your customer service was excellent! Restaurant clean & everyone was super busy yet my sandwich was hot & fresh! Highly recommend getting sandwiches here! Yummo! I ordered #42 Chipotle chicken

We've stopped here a couple times for takeout, most recently this past weekend. The employees were friendly and made our orders as specified. The sandwiches were excellent and we stretched our mini & regular into two lunches. There is a lot of meat & cheese on them and they tasted delicious!

Due to the greatness of the service and food… I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER STOP GOING TO THIS LOCATION😂😂😂 the atmosphere is great the Owner Kenny knows how to definitely take care of business and that cheerful cashier Amber that’s helped me she was AMAZING!!!!! Please please keep it up

The staff is excellent. This store is ran very well. I had an issue with my sammich and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. By far the best sub shop in my mind, they truly are a sub above.

I assume Kenneth is the manager or shift supervisor. Whoever he is the man is a multitasking savant. The guy is very aware of every station and knows exactly what he and everyone else is doing. He’s very attentive to detail and makes sure every request you have gets taken care of. All the crew work extremely hard as well just like their manager. Subs are always consistent and delicious. I can’t say enough good things about this location. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Consistently the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. The staff and service are always friendly. The manager (at least I think it's the manager or shift manager) runs a tight ship and is active on the line keeping wait times to a minimum and motivating his crew. The sandwiches are delicious and the cheesesteaks are about as close to authentic as you can get in Omaha. Will always recommend this place.

I ordered Mike's famous Philly. It was pretty good. The service was fast and staff was really friendly ... well be back soon!

We went in because of the advertising of gluten free options... thought we wld try it.
I am not easily impressed. Holy moly! Great customer service! The GF bread was tasty... the meat moist and tender. It was quite the drive for us to get a sandwich... and I can say... we'll make the drive again!

came in for the 1st time today around 1. semi busy but still haf my sandwich in 5 minutes. Tried the chipotle Philly on the rosemary bread and OMG!!! SO GOOD. This was also based off recommendation from the guy slicing the meat. (didn't catch his name) I'll definitely be back :)

I don't think there has been a sandwich I have got from JerseyMikes that wasn't delicious! I usually get a tuekey provolone of the italian sandwich...heard the HOT SUBS were not that great so haven't tried them until today. Decided to take a chance and ordered their chipotle chicken cheeseteak (#42) and added jalapenos! it was DEEEEELISH!! i may have a new favorite hahaha! well maybe for the colder months ;) I did ot take any pics, sorry. The meat was so flavorful and warm and the cheese perfectly melted and over all DELICIOUS! Highly reccomend!!!!

also got the spicy dill pickle chips....YUMMMM!!!

The food here are great! This is my fav sandwich place. This location is always so fast, even when there’s a line. The staff and management here are always so friendly and accommodating.

This Jersey Mike's is amazing! Their sandwiches are the perfect balance of meat, cheese, and veggies. The bread is soft and fresh. I could eat their sandwiches every day! They service to the customer is also incredible! They always take their time with my order and make me laugh in the best ways! I always get asked about my huge guns and if I have a permit to carry them!😂 they are talking about my arms by the way! Either way they are great and special kids running this place with a great store owner!

The manager of this location NEEDS a raise or a promotion. I have never seen a jersey mikes run so we’ll. This location is always busy but the sandwiches are always made quickly and seamlessly. The man who I assume to be the manager is an expert at multitasking, taking about every position on the sandwich line, while also simultaneously talking to guests in a brisk and polite manner. Every other employee at this location performs exceptionally well too, leading me to believe management has put meaningful effort into training. It really seems like this manager has been doing this his whole life and making subs is not only second nature to him but something he takes pride in. Hats off to him and I hope that he is making a level of income that reflects this hard work and amazing leadership.

Kenneth made our sandwiches and rang us up. He was so efficient and fast but still provided great customer service. There were other employees in the back but he was killing it out front, they can't hold a candle to him!

Fresh sliced meats make a great meal. Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff.

Ken was slicing when I came in. He said “welcome” as I entered the door & that they’d be right with me. He has a very good handle of customer service and was extremely polite and specific on questions while taking the order. He also got the sandwich ready and wrapped up in short order. This is the best service by far I’ve ever had this location and you’re lucky you’ve got him there. He’ll go on easily to better and bigger things for sure.

The manager here is amazing! Even knows me by name and I haven’t even come too many times (yet!)

Best time I had getting a sandwich. The guys in the line were having a good time and had me involved with the fun. It was a good time with them and the teasing. It was a great time. I would for sure recommend to friends for a great sandwich.

Very friendly staff with good energy. Quick service and they make a great sandwich. Will be back to this location for sure!
