At West Coast Auto Dealers we had the most pleasant experience in regards to purchasing a vehicle ever! Super helpful and thoughtful, not money hungry - just genuinely wanting to make the best deal possible for the customer. I and my wife saw that with our own two eyes. They also went out of their way to help us transfer and secure our children’s car seats in our new car and had found that my son’s car seat had a defect and needed to be replaced! Not to mention that this was around 9pm (2hrs after they had already closed.) They had shown genuine concern for my son and the defective car seat. Josh had gotten back to me the same night with recommendations of car seats he used for his own children and we purchased a new one the next day and let’s just say, it was a great recommendation. I stopped into look at a vehicle 20 minutes before the lot closed, was met by Zef, who not only showed us the vehicle, but allowed us to take it for a test drive even though they were closing. Josh came out on our return; showed us some options on the vehicle, looked at my vehicle, did some paper work; spent several hours helping us even though they were closed. We received superior customer service! I am beyond thrilled with the treatment, honesty , and the willingness to take time out of his life; to not only deliver the vehicle to me two hours away, but to then spend over an hour trying to teach two old people all of the tricks to the new ride! I will be returning when I’m in need of a new vehicle! I highly recommend a visit to West Coast Auto, if you are in need of a new vehicle. I have only had 2 experiences buying vehicles. My very first time was my absolute worst nightmare at a different dealership in Moseslake. However this 2nd time around was AWESOME!! Paul, Beto and Don worked hard to get me my dream car. Granted it took a few days of them working very hard but we did it! I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It has low miles and is my favorite color!! The interior was very detailed clean before purchasing, and I have never been this excited to drive in my many years of driving. The car drives so smoothly and I am absolutely inlove with it! I recommend this dealership. They truly care about their customers and offer great service along with great prices and cars! HUGEEEE shout out to Paul the main car salesman. Fantastic! We walked in asking for something we could get for under 10k with rebuilding credit. We were looking at something already on the lot when they came at us with a Lexus of all things! Amazing deal! Cameron was a great salesman. Very informative, helpful and friendly. I really recommend checking these guys out and seeing what they can work out for you. You never know!

Staff is very friendly and unassuming in your vehicle choice. They are a big help if you dont like being rushed to buy a car.

Very happy with the truck I got an very nice people ,couple days an the truck did have a issue with the AFM an it had a broken lifter but they took full responsibility an fixed it 😁 an the truck has been running great since , totally would recommend checking them out if you buying a car experience is great an they are comprehensive , very great people 👍🏽

Had an amazing experience for the 1st time at West Coast auto dealers. Purchased a truck sight unseen (in person) from Seattle. Richard was honest, fair and gave me a great deal. Sales people that actually attempt to help. In a world we live in where everything basically sells itself. Cause if you don't buy it the next will. Too bad they didn't just go get that blue camery cause she would of bought it. Oh well.

Shout out to Alex, I live in Alaska and was shopping for some vehicles down south and ran across these West Coast Auto Dealers. Got in touch with Alex who was basically holding my hand every step of the way. He always kept me up to date and informed on changes. He helped me get a truck I really wanted. And to the Manager over there, he needs a promotion or a raise. Such a great attitude and the best service ever. I am happy with the outcome!

Chuck Bishop (the big kahuna) was amazing .He worked hard for us and got us a Great deal. There were a few minor things wrong with the truck, but after bringing it to his attention, he got me right in with the service department and they basically rolled out the red carpet for me. They took care of me and did me right. They may have had some customer service issues in the past, but I truly feel they want to do the right thing, and I'm here to start the trend and say I believe they are on the right track and headed in the right direction.
