Such a bad experience ever. First of all he sold me the diamond ring in such a high price than others which I found out later. When I required service to repair, he didn’t talk about any charges before but asked me to pay huge amount when I went to receive the ring. He screamed and miss behaved when I argued to pay. He pretends to be very innocent at beginning to sell his items and showed his real picture later on. Don’t go and get in trouble. He doesn’t take responsibility of the items he sells.

I had one of my worst customer experiences here. My mom and her friend wanted to get some jewellery and stumbled upon this place. The person who runs it is the most obnoxious and loud person I have ever come across. When asked to try a bangles on, he said "unless you are sure to buy it you can't try it". First of all that makes no sense. Secondly the way he was screaming was absolutely horrendous. I did not snap back only because his wife was visibly embarrassed by his behaviour and I did not want her to deal with any more than she had to. She tried to take the bangle out so that we can examine it at least and he started screaming- SCREAMING- at her. Rest assured I will never return to that store and discourage all my friends and family from going there.

I went for repair. The did not tell me the cost. The did a very bad repair job and just charged me a very high price. They seem very greedy. So watch out if you are making a big purchase.

Very rude behavior with the customers and insulting. Never experienced something like this one. Such a bad experience ever. That senior man has no business sense and he is really rude.
