John Henry's Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical

It has been incredibly hot in our house. I am somewhat technical and decided to try to figure out our AC unit. After coming to the conclusion it just needed Freon I called John Henry. Russ came out quickly and inspected our AC unit. It was two lbs low. He filled it and explained other services provided. I’m very happy and Russ was extremely professional and kind. Give these guys a call!

I called John Henry’s Plumbing after MUD found two gas leaks in my inside pipes. An appointment was set up for the next day but they called shortly after and said they would come today. The serviceman was Paul. He was a wonderful person to deal with. He explained everything and the approximate cost it would be. The job was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thanks again Paul

Had a shower valve go bad. Had another company come out and quote us an outrageous price so we decided to get another opinion and are so happy we did! I’m a first time caller. Made an impromptu call to have my annual AC inspection. They were able to get me in that same day and were at my house w/i 40 minutes! They gave me plenty of heads up on when the service tech would arrive and his name and photo for security. Super honest tech! Thanks Russell! I even signed up for their VIP service plan, as they do way more than just heating & air! Thumbs up from me!

Can't say enough about John Henry services. The phone receptionist provided excellent customer service, and the JH Plumbing Technician (Austin) who came to my home was very professional and informative. For someone who claims not to be much of a salesman, it didn't take much for him to convince me to sign up for their premium annual program. Would recommend JH to anyone and everyone.

Jesse S was great. He came over and analyzed my kitchen sink situation, drain clogged. He acted efficiently and was professional at all times. He took the time to listen to questions and to explain everything. Snaking out the grime in the sink and in the cleanout really didn't take him that much time. The John Henry team is great; I have used them for many things over the years. They are dependable! Thank you, John Henry!

My carbon monoxide detector started to go off. I turned off my furnace and called around for an HVAC + Plumbing company. They were available to come out quickly that day for an inspection and confirm my furnace was the cause. Even though I went with a different quote for my replacement (no fault of JH's) I appreciate their promptness and excellent customer service. If I need service in the future, I'd have no hesitation to call John Henry's.

Recently John Henry's completed electrical, drywalling and ceiling repairs in our home. Could not be more satisfied! Excellent work on a timely basis and those doing the work were thorough and pleasant from start to finish! 5-star rating all around!!

We called with furnace issues on one of the coldest days of the winter and it was a Saturday. They answered right away, were very friendly and we had Caleb at our door just a couple hours later. He diagnosed the issue and fixed us up right away. He explained carefully the weekend rates, which were very reasonable, before doing anything. No gotcha with this group. Caleb was great, knowledgeable and friendly. So thankful with a forecast low of -20 tonight. Thank you John Henry's!!

We were so cold with our furnace out and the temps dropping. You treated us and our home with respect. You informed me that the part had to be ordered, and then followed up on it making sure it was delivered the next day. You also advised me that other parts of my furnace might have issues soon and of all my options.
The saying is true, you get what you pay for!

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wasn't much he could do because of our system and the weather but he was very thorough and put my mind at ease. We have auxillary heat which he said is more than sufficient, will just raise the power bill but assured me it was fine to run it.
Definitely recommend.

Reggie was very professional. When he left everything was picked up my just like he found it. He had suggested another fix on the conditioner which we had no idea. He also fixed that. Would highly recommend. Service was very quick.
