We recently worked with James Schneider to sell our long-time family home after the death of our mom last year. James was a pleasure to work with. He shared his expertise, but listened to our concerns and opinions as well and was very respectful of the decisions we made. Prior to putting the house on the market, he provided valuable input to us on what repairs and updates made sense. During the sale process James communicated with us in a timely manner and kept us informed every step of the way. He made what could have been a very difficult process go very smoothly.  Additionally, after the sale was complete James went the extra mile to check in with us that there were no outstanding issues. Our organization rented The Living Room event facility in the Mastercraft Building at 1111 N. 13th St.on August 1st, 2023 The facility was set up as requested and the AV System worked well. We hosted over 80 youth and adults with no problem, and were even permitted to use the beautiful outdoor park facilities immediately across the street to keep the youth engaged. PJ Morgan's management of these facilities is first rate.

My husband and I bought our very first home at the end of 2023. I am so greatful that we had a friend recommend Julie Kelly to us. Working with PJ Morgan has been a pleasure over the last several years. Often, we communicate with Cara Woosley for repairs that need done to HOA fences, mailboxes, and various other repairs. She's great at communication, very professional, and very easy to work with!

I am renting from them. Some small issues with moving in and some things not complete. But let me say, everyone in the office I have talked to is super nice. I wish others understood that there are somethings out of the management company's control, and mistakes happen. They have been super easy to get a hold of when you call. They actually return your calls. I will update if anything changes. But so far it has been a decent experience.
