Benson Elmore, office manager is one of the most knowledgeable person I have worked with at the VA. He helped us navigate through maze of Veteran benefits and help secure benefits for my widowed wheelchair bound step daughter.

We were having a hard time getting anyone to help fill out a form for weeks using multiple avenues and within 15 minutes from stepping foot in Veteran Services, Barb helped us fill out and submit the proper forms. THANK YOU.

Here to update the google information... I've suggested the name change to "Veterans Service Office" Douglas County. Most folks getting out of the military hear VSO. With the name currently set to "Douglas County Veterans Services" it's not going to be as friendly to find.
