Tasty Pizza

We ordered carryout, and the pizza was ready as quoted. They also have Jeni's ice cream, which is fire 🔥. We ordered:

1. Pepperoni pizza - we ordered this well done and was a group favorite. Sliced perfectly, crispy, and good pepperoni. (5/5 🌟)

2. Hawaiian pizza - this was my favorite pizza of the night. Pineapple on pizza is ❤. (5/5 🌟)

3. Bacon gouda pizza - overall this was pretty good but not the star of the show. (4/5 🌟)

4. Mediterranean pizza - the goat cheese on the pizza complemented the other toppings. Overall, great flavors and prepared well. (5/5 🌟)

5. Meatball pizza - I really enjoyed this pizza. However, it received mixed reviews from the group. (4.5/5 🌟)

Great pizza place! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Definitely family owned. I had the spinach feta onion with oil. IMHO not enough oil. A bit dry. Wife had hamburger pizza. Liked it. Taramisu, biscotti, ice cream, coffee, and beer. Long hair baking pizza needs to pull his hair back. Family owned business usually are more friendly. Not everyone who comes in has been there before. Talk to me! Sorry, I expect alot! 😆 Was very affordable. $1.50 refillable soda, wow! I'd go back! Thank you!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Tasty Pizza for about 5 years and the quality has remained top notch! Every pizza they offer is always made with the most fresh ingredients and always cooked perfectly. I love that on Facebook they always post their weekly special and it’s at a discounted price. The prices are also unbeatable for pizzas in town!! If you’ve never tried this spot it’s a hidden gem in Omaha!

Fantastic new York style pizza! New favorite place.

They serve small individual size (8" ~$6-8) and large group size (16" ~$20). Crust is wonderfully chewy, tastes great and seems lightly brushed in garlic oil. Sauce is closer to Italian crushed tomatoes with moderate spices than American style paste with heavy spices. Toppings are flavorful and fresh! They offer standards like cheese, pepperoni, Margherita, hamburger and Supreme. They also offer some more unique pizzas like Mediterranean, barbecue chicken, Buffalo chicken, Hawaiian, etc. Excellent value for price!

Best for me was a huge quarter wheel of real parmesan on the bar with a grater to grate yourself (along with red pepper flakes and other topping shakers). Order up front at counter and they call your name to go pickup. No tips necessary (or easy since it wasn't an option on the credit card payment machine).

If you're a fan of Jeni's ice cream, they have pints you can buy. Coke products for fountain drinks with free refills.

I've been wanting to go here for a long time now and finally decided to stop and grab lunch and it was well worth it. You walk up to the counter and pla e your order and they bring it to your table very quickly. I had a personal pepperoni pizza with cream cheese and basil and it was soooo delicious and hot. The crust was airy and crunchy at the same time which I love. The dining area had plenty of tables and seating. Definitely recommend this place and can't wait to return!

Very yummy!! It tasted like a homemade pizza. There wasn't a ton of herbs or spices that made it insanely unique. But that can be a good thing! It seemed very classic. :) My boyfriend had that cheese and I had the Hawaiian. I would definitely eat there again.

Tasty Pizza never disappoints. Never. It’s a no nonsense joint with truly tasty pizza (as advertised) and great customer service.

It’s simple — a bubbly crispy crust, sweet thick red sauce and just the right amount of cheese and freshly slices toppings. Delicious! They have perfect buttermilk ranch always in stock. And Jeni’s ice cream.

As a frequent solo eater, it’s also the best value in Omaha, too, hands down, offering a small personal size pizza for $6-$10 and a large for under $20. The restaurant is not particularly hip or fancy. It doesn’t try to be, and that’s the best part. It’s established and has a great thing going. Stay simple. Stay Tasty!

This is by far one of the best pizza joints in Omaha. Not trying to start any fights.. the only downside is it isn't closer to where I live! Excellent service, ingredients, quality, dining in was pleasant atmosphere. Eating later around 1PM might be a good idea to avoid the normal lunch crowd.

Ate a later lunch around 1 PM. Wasn't busy and I put order in at counter and waited. Dining area had plenty of seating most set for groups of four. They had single seating with barstools at the bar. I had the Mediterranean small pizza, price was good and it really hit the spot, Will definitely be back to try more of their offerings.

For the price and the quality it gets 5 stars.
It's a super cute location with a bit of patio seating outside and a small dining room inside.
Flour is stacked on the side in the main area, it looks like they go through a lot.

Prices range from 5-8 for a small 8 inch. 14-16 for a large 16 inch.

They have a sign with a math lesson to make you understand that a large is not equal to 2 smalls. The area of a large is much better.
Service was quick. Not much small talk.

Everything here tastes fantastic. My favorite pizza here is pepperoni followed by veggie, and their chocolate dessert is amazing. I love their salad and ranch, it tastes so fresh, but they are a bit small. Price is fair, and if you go there hungry with two people, definitely get three personal sizes. One of the front staff seemed overwhelmed when I went due to the volume of orders by phone and in person. Their pick-up line and order line was confusing, and people kept asking which line was which. Overall great experience, but if you go there on the weekend, you should probably go early if dining in because you won’t find a space to sit.

The name says it all, this place is Tasty! So many people have hyped up tasty pizza and for good reason, it is so delicious! My husband and I went last night and got a large pepperoni and large bacon Gouda. I bet the other people dining in thought we were crazy getting two larges for only two of us, but who can say no to leftovers. Two large pizzas and two drinks came out to a little over 35.00
We did have to pay for our pizza boxes to take leftovers home, but it was 50cents a box so nothing terrible and they do offer foil to wrap the leftovers in otherwise. Pizza is fantastic, cozy atmosphere, we will be back again!

Love having Tasty Pizza in the neighborhood. The have many great options on the menu, my favorite is the Bacon Gouda. For only $6 you can get your favorite personal sized pizza, choosing and of the different flavors. From the cheese pizza to the Buffalo Chicken, our whole crew got exactly what they wanted. The staff was amazing, very helpful. I know the ingredients are local, so it was great to support them.

Now I need to return to try out the rest of the menu!

This place smells like my happy childhood. That was my first impression. My second impression was the friendly and welcoming staff. My third, the pizza.....

My God. SO GOOD.

If you're from NYC and missing home, come here. The crust is crusty, yet chewy (in the best way) and easily foldable.

The toppings are everything you want them to be. The pepperoni sent me to my happy place.

Basically, if you want good NYC style pizza, come here!

We really enjoyed! Simply put, for $30, our family of 4 sampled 5 pizzas and everyone left the table full. Cannot beat that value. It was really hard to pick a favorite as they were all pretty good. Pictured are Meatball, Buffalo Chicken, Pesto Bruschetta, Bacon Gouda, and Supreme.

Great pizza! Several unique combos, crisp crust (no soggy dough here), fresh ingredients, homeade sauce - made for an amazing pie!

I ordered on a whim just because I've driven past it so many times. I was definitely not disappointed!

I ordered takeout, and the 5 minutes that I waited, it was absolutely packed and people kept coming in the door. I'm seriously considering going back tomorrow to try one of their other unique pizzas. 🍕

One of the best in Omaha, the crust was just right, it made the toppings stand out. I had spicy sauce, it had good flavor, and the right amount of zest. Also tried out my wife’s barbecue chicken pizza, top notch, the barbecue sauce was not overcooked , it was very delicious. The price was very reasonable.

1st time. Amazing choices of pizza! Group of 10 got several smaller pizzas to sample. Everyone of them wonderful. They have frozen ones to purchase. Definitely making this place one of the best places to go.

The name says it all… VERY tasty pizza. I tried the pepperoni and the mozzarella, Gouda, bacon, and onion. The Gouda bacon one was insanely good!! The small pizzas are perfect individual pizzas. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for tasty pizza!
