I came in for some new shoes for myself, Oliver helped me out a lot with them. Great experience leaving, especially having Bennett ring me out and Manager Cassidy help price match online prices for in store ones.

Just had the best experience at the Westroads Tillys. Had to exchange a few items that turned out to be quite challenging. Thanks to Deanna who was so efficient and kind! It made for such a wonderful experience!! Thank you Deanna!!

This place is dope! The clothes are awesome, staff is so cool. Them seemed to be seriously under staffed lately but everyone is still in a good mood

My guys Jerry and Connor are pro greeters, they need raises, I came in on black friday and they didnt let one customer in without a kind hello and a smile, then finishing their tillys journey off with a kind goodbye, yall are my favorite people I have ever met, I love you guys

This is my favorite store they have all the good stuffs here, but some of their staffs are not friendly at all. I went to the store today and when i was at the cashier to check out, the cashier and her coworkers were talking about “a boy” ( she wasn’t smiling to me at all). I wasn’t happy because this wasn’t the first time it happened to me at the same store. The cashier was holding my shirt but she didn’t scanned to make the process becauae she was busy talking to her colleagues about “ The boy”.I was standing there and starring at her holding my shirt for awhile. Then, I had to say “ I’m in a hurry “ then she started to actually working.

I ordered a champion sweatshirt that I’ve been saving up for and I’ve been waiting a week for it then I rechecked my order summary to find out my order has been canceled. I called customer service and they said they ran out of stock so they canceled my order without contacting me and now I have to wait a couple days to get my money back now. Overall not happy with online ordering. Won’t be ordering again!

the employees were rude and not enjoyable to be around. we were going to purchase stuff from here and then decided not to because of their attitudes and the things they were saying.
