Pretty decent store. Super friendly staff. Clean floors. Good selection.

Didn’t have the size I was looking for but Juan is such a cool guy I had to leave a review. The staff in general are all super friendly and are happy to help, but I’ve interacted with Juan a couple different times and he seems like the kind of person that won’t let you leave unhappy if there’s anything he can do about it. Just wanted to leave a review because I seriously respect your staff and hope Juan is getting paid what he’s worth to the store :)

How refreshing it was to walk into a store and be greeted and helped (not mobbed) by the young adults working today. I had a hard time deciding what size I needed and they were very patient and cheerful. He even explained my options for ordering if I could not the size I needed. I contributed to the charity they offered because the young man was able to tell
me exactly what it was for. It has been a while since I have seen such respect and helpfulness while shopping. Well done crew!
I came in to exchange the shorts, we had some technical diff to resign online. The whole team, Mikey, Tony, Laurie and Josh were patient and worked hard to make sure I got what I needed! Great teamwork!

While I was in line, I explained to the greeter what I was wanting and they were able to have it ready by the time I walked into the store. The salesperson Mason was able to make an additional recommendation and Tai at the checkouts was amazing. I was able to find and purchase exactly what I was looking for at a cheaper price than the department store I originally planned on going to in 5 minutes. I wish I could give them above 5 stars for how amazing the staff is and how clean and organized the store was (especially on a busy saturday). I will definitely be returning.

The workers were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. They made conversation and always got you what you need. Everything was tidy and clean. Again, the service was amazing. For anyone who has never been, I would highly recommend. (also a great selection)

Great Vans Store, wide variety of clothes & shoes. A nice selection skateboards & accessories. They don’t carry some of the limited Edition Shoes like Silo downtown.

Service was good workers were friendly. Issac was nice and helped me get a new pair of shoes.

Excellent customer service! Two different people helped my daughter and I within 5-7 minutes time.

Best shoes and clothing store hands down. Vans will always be my number one. If only I had enough money to buy one of everything.
