Rusty has been amazing to work with. He helped us every step of the way, from the offer to inspection to helping us find contractors to do renovations on our new home. When it came to selling, Rusty gave us great advice on updates to make before putting the home on the market, and we know he used all the tools in his toolbox to get eyes on our property and to get us the best price. We never had to wonder what was happening with either transaction, as he checked in with us regularly to keep us up to date on all new developments. Rusty was amazing throughout my home-buying process. As a first-timer, I knew next to nothing about houses, what to look for structurally that might be pain points, what was good about homes, or even how to think about eventual renovation. I leaned on him a lot and he never let me down. He as always responsive, even getting back to me saying that he was with other clients, so I knew I could count on him. He even gave me advice on financing, working within my budget, and basically walked me through every step along the way.

I would (and already have) recommend Rusty for anyone looking for a home. Whether they're first-time buyers like myself, or moving to a new home to start a family.

Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the sale of our home. He was available and communicative, while also providing the kind of detailed feedback and recommendations that made this process both simple and profitable at the same time. Rusty was very helpful with the whole process of buying our first home! We started the process when I was pregnant, and he took the time to listen to our needs and wants of what we were looking for in a home. He went out his way to give us advice on homes when we looked at them, was patient with us as this was new for us, and even gave us recommendations of people and resources for us. Rusty on top of being our relator was our landlord and our house we were currently located. He was very attentive with issues and has been apart of major milestones of our lives the the past few years of renting! Rusty was very patient with my fiancée and I during our home search even though it took quite a bit longer than expected. He was also very knowledgeable and honest about how he felt about each house. He is a great choice regardless of whether you want a turn-key house or a fixer-upper as his knowledge in home renovations allows him to ballpark potential renovation costs as well as advise regarding certain issues that are (or are not) a concern in any particular listing. Since he is an experienced, full-time realtor, he knew best how to navigate negotiations in a tricky seller’s market. Even now after we have closed, he has been helpful in providing recommendations for contractors, roofers, etc. Most importantly, we felt like he had our best interests in heart at all times.

We found Rusty by chance, and we’re so glad we did! Our family had very specific needs for a new home, and Rusty was able to find us exactly what we were looking for, even in a very difficult, competitive market. He also introduced us to contractors that he trusted to do work for us before we moved in. Rusty is professional, thoughtful and helpful.
