Wow, even during the Christmas busy time, the store manager was out on the floor helping out with sales. It was awesome that even a manager knew about different aspects of products. That was awesome he even checked us out and arranged for the product to be picked up at a different store by our daughter. How great is that to save on shipping from halfway across the country. Thanks, Jim. They definitely know their stuff.

I dropped my laptop on the corner and it wouldn’t boot up, nor hold any charge. It also made a rattle sound. I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy to see if they could at least get the data off. They did better! Agent Michael found the hard drive had just dislodged (making the rattle). He seated it properly, rebooted the laptop and it worked perfectly. The best part – no charge for the time and effort! Thank you Geek Squad!

I had a remote start installed on a 2019 Honda CRV. The technician Brad Benjaminwho installed it was very professional, thoroughly explained what he did and how to use the remote. I was super impressed with his installation and customer service skills. He definitely enjoys his work and cares about his customers. As a result anytime I need a remote start, security system, stereo or speakers installed I will have it done by him at the West Omaha Best Buy. On a side note when u order an item from Best Buy u are talking to a Best Buy representative in Minnesota. As a result I got the wrong part. Luckily it was in stock there at the Omaha Best Buy. The technician cheerfully processed a refund on wrong part and sold me the remote start. Doesn't make sense that parts are at store where I was getting install yet I had to order part through a remote site? Again can't say enough good things about the install technician Brad Benjamin at the NW Omaha store!

The staff at this location are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They even price match Amazon! As long as it's one of their approved competitors, they price match which is better than any other brick and mortar store can do!

Today Best Buy broke me. Having worked retail many years, and even at Best Buy, I know this season can be quite taxing and rough. However, customer service doesn't wain, the customer experience might be different.

I ordered a laptop after talking to an AMAZING salesman at this store. Ordered it off the e-mail he sent me because i had to go after the full break down he gave me. But he made the sale. Kudos to him. This is where the positives stop.

He had motioned sending it to the store, so it was quicker/cheaper. So, I did. It said it would arrive on Tuesday, after Cyber Mondy. Great, that was a bit after i wanted it, but before I needed it.

Tuesday, today, rolls around and I notice one of the 3 items (Salesman got me to add a bit more power with ram and SSD) was ready for pick up. The other 2 items were "Preparing for pick up today." I went to the store, only 1 Item was there. I asked the clerk. He said this was all there was. I said I needed the laptop today, he said to call or to chat online. Literally not an attempt at problem solving for the customer in the nearly empty store. Just call.

I later learned why. I called. Got a nice lady. She did some digging, and saw that it was delayed and wouldn't arrive until the 5th. She apologized and offered a $100 refund for the delay... THEN THE LINE CUT OUT! I spent the next 2 hours talking to customer service and getting laterally transferred, each pretending to be a specialist of some sort. They weren't good at it because each time, they kicked me back ot the main que. Each time I had to explain the situation, what was happening.

I WAS JUST TRING TO GET ANSWERS. The first lady was great, until the line cut out. Then, each person after that told me the items were in the store and i should turb back around and drive an hour to the store. "Kel's" was the final straw for me. This guy lied to me multiple times, telling me the item was in the store. That i needed to wait a few hours (when the customer service line would close) and it would say so in the app. While on the call with him the app said it was delayed for a few days. He refused to acknowledge it, kept saying he couldn't modify the order, and gave me the run around about not being able to speak to his supervisor.

After being on the phone with Kels for 1 hour he transferred me back to the main option menu.

It has been a horrible experience after the order was placed. I have missed out on better deals (Walmart, BH Photo, Etc) that I passed up BEACUSE of the good customer service that salesman had. You couldn't have made me believe i would have been treated this way by Best Buy if you had told me last week. I will hope to resolve something tomorrow... but if not, literally will never deal with this company again.

***UPDATE***

The manager made this whole situation right. I am someone whoe udnerstands you will have bad employees work for you, it is how you react when customers have problems with them that is the real measure of a business. 5 stars because of resolution. Great customer service... IN THE END.

1st guy, I think Tyler, in the computer department was awesome.
Last guy manager working on Tuesday after Cyber Monday... Also awesome. Book ended with awesome people, the middle was made up for.

I got a radio installed and they were super helpful. I was missing some parts and ended up needing a different radio. They were super patient and helped me pick one out even though my appointment was going over it’s time. Great service, above and beyond.

Initially, had I written this review it would have been a one star but I wanted to wait to see if they fixed the issue and they did.

We had originally bought two new TVs to be delivered and installed; however, there was an error when they scheduled it (not sure exactly what happened). The day of our delivery they called to let us know they could not complete our scheduled install - so upsetting. After speaking with them, we did leave unsatisfied as they could only give us a new install date of 2 more weeks later (we had already waited 3).

Next day, we unexpectedly received a call from our installer asking if they could come within the next 10-15 minutes! The JOYYYY that was felt with that call. Not only were they correcting their mistake, but we were able to still get our FAVORITE installer, Art. To be honest, he is one of the main reasons we still choose Best Buy (we actually requested him when we bought the TVs to be our installer). He has installed/delivered most of our products and we always know that our items are in great care with him! He is so great to talk with, very professional, and quick! So thank you Art! We will always be grateful for you!

Also a thank you to the General Manager, Joe for fixing things for us and getting it handled quickly. Another thank you to the Supervisor, Austin for beating with us! We appreciate all of you!

Great experience as always. I am a avid gamer so always checking out whats going on in best buy is a good time. Good place to recycle old electronics. But man do they have everything there. I didn't know they had E-bikes in store! Then obviously for a beginner in pc-building, it is a good place to start. They have more than enough staff in house to help with all your needs.
