In May 2023, I brought in my new, never used Windows 8 laptop and had it upgraded to Windows 11. The cost was reasonable, it was ready when promised and everything is working fine. I called with a few questions which were answered without any problem or hesitation. I highly recommend Device Surgeon for their expertise, fair prices and friendly service. Shop local!!!

(Update; 15Dec23; For a second time Device Surgeon came through; all of sudden my 6 month old New Galaxy Phone stopped accepting my pin # & I was locked out of my own phone & they were able to do a factory reset that allowed me to go back in & set up my phone again & it also made me realize the importance of doing a regular back of all the data on my phone; another well earned 5 Star Review)

My son needed the cracked & badly damaged screen on his Galaxy S7 Edge replaced before leaving for camp in 3-days; Device Surgeon came through & in 2-days my son had his perfectly repaired phone back & off he went to camp.. very happy with the great price & the friendliness of the owner & staff; stop by & give them a try they are sure to please..

I was nervous to get my phone repaired because phones are, in a sense, disposable. Finding a reliable place to repair technology that is supposed to be replaced by the next best thing is difficult and potentially more expesive than buying a "refurbished" version of the same phone. Things can go wrong and you might run into a dishonest actor. It took me a solid month bouncing from place to place to even find a shop that would order the parts to my Samsung s10e. But it was 100% worth it. This is the mom&pop shop of repairs. Reliable, small, honest, friendly. We talked all through my repair and I was out in 30minutes. Replaced my headphone jack!!! Thank god!! I hate the wireless trend (lost those stupid earbuds within a week). Had him replace the battery too while he was in there. 100% worth it. Goodbye tech landfill. I will be holding onto my phone & headphones for a long time. And if anything breaks again I will be back here.

Fixed my iPhone 11 Pro Max in about 15 minutes. Alper is extremely honest and prices are reasonable! Will definitely be using Device Surgeon in the future for any broken electronics.

So for the first time ever I cracked my iPhone screen and had no idea where to even go! I was scared of being overcharged at the mall so I tried to find someone local. Alper was so nice and knowledgeable and reassured me that he can have it done in about fifteen minutes. The customer service was awesome and I couldn't be happier. Will recommend him to any of my friends that happen to be in the area.

Just had the my Galaxy tab a to get the screen repaired after the part was in that took about 3 days, i might have been able to get it sooner but didn't care to. Alper had it fixed in about an hour. And he was very up front about the coast of the parts.

I have a Samsung note 10 plus that I purchased last year. The phone stopped charging and gave me the yellow triangle saying the temperature is too low. I sent it to Texas to Samsung authorized tech and after two months had the same problem. I found Device Surgeon in Boonton NJ and took it to the best mobile tech in the business for 22 years named ALPER AKCAY. As per my request, he changed the wireless charger, wired module charging port and the battery. The phone is perfectly working now, with no problems. He fixed my phone in one day.
Alper is amazing. There is no phone that he can't fix. I am so happy that I found him to fix my Note 10 Plus. He is better than the Samsung techs which they did not even open my phone up to fix the problem while it was under warranty from Samsung. Shame on you Samsung. Maybe they should hire Alper to be their Samsung authorized tech for all their phones.
