I have been ordering from this company for years and am always impressed with the quality of the paper. Recently one of my shipments was damaged during shipment. It looked like it may have gotten dropped by the delivery service. I wrote Fine Card Stock an email, making them aware of it and they immediately sent me a free of charge replacement. I was already loyal to this company due to their quality of product, but now I love them even more because of their excellent customer service!

I ordered 10 desk calendars. I received one. My packing invoice says quantity of 10 and so does my email. I paid $22 and received one 8.5x11 paper calendar. I so far have not been able to get anyone on the phone to get this issue resolved, as they owe me 9 calendars. Complete scam and ripoff if they don’t make this right, however, when it should have been done right the first time if this is a “professional” printing company.

I went to go pick up an item to purchase and no one that works there was wearing a mask. That is very scary
