We’ve worked with Northeast Collision multiple times and it’s always a pleasure! From start to finish they’re professional and very detail oriented. It’s such a reassuring feeling to be able to drop off my car and trust that it’ll come back in even better condition than before the accident. Can’t recommend them enough!

Called them to get an estimate on a minor damage to my Acura MDX. Drive there to get an estimate, very reasonable price, we set up time for the repair. Dropped the car and picked it up a few hours later.
Perfect work, in addition they left me a lottery card, a note and a placed a car deodorizer on the mirror. Will definitely go again if needed. Highly recommend

I am very knit picky about my car, and they could not have done a better job. My door was damaged, and as you can see from the pictures I've uploaded, not only did they fix it up like nothing ever happened, BUT they CLEANED my entire car inside and out! Please just look at the pictures(no filter)... my car looks brand new! I could not be happier. Although, I do feel like I was left in the dark during the whole process. It took a full week to get my car the way it looks now. I dropped it off early Monday morning and asked how long it would take. Andrew, said "it may take a few days, and we will call you once we get it in the shop and let you know." Unfortunately, I never got a call back until Thursday, so I reached out to them. Andrew, said "it should be done by Friday if not definitely by Monday." Monday came along, and I was expecting a call, but again, I had to reach out in the afternoon and see if my car was ready or not. Leah texted me around 2 55pm. and said my car was ready for pick up. The reason why I'm expecting a follow-up is because I had a rental car the whole time with enterprise and it turns out the insurance only covers certain amount of days and I had to pay out of pocket for 3 days.(This is still pending with the insurance company and see if I can get it adjusted since the car accident wasn't my fault) I might have done some things differently if I had known that and followed up from them. Overall, I am extremely thankful and grateful and happy with their outstanding work quality. 🙏 They also left me a scratch off and air freshener. I thought that was a nice touch!

Northeast Collision is hands down the best of the best of shops around for collision services. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, considerate, helpful & knowledgeable. Accidents are never easy to deal with, but rest assured Andrew really does everything in his power to ease those pains. Repairs are handled with expertise, pride & care. Highly Recommend.

As a fellow business owner, I appreciated how above and beyond Andrew and the staff went to help a customers vehicle that had a tiny chip on the mirror of their brand new BMW. It was my first accident and hoping it’s the only one in my life. I was so nervous and frustrated. I looked up different collision auto shop, and decided to go with Northeast Collision. I was very uncertain of what to do and what are the next steps.

Leah was being very patient and explained it all in detail to me. I was very uncertain and didn’t know how long was the process between the shop and insurance and towing. So I started being very questioning. I called, emailed about once or twice every week. BUT Leah, Andrew and Frank. They ALL being very supportive, patient and helpful and explained to me what’s going on. Never show any temper.

When it’s time to pick up my car. My car was cleaned with an air refresher hanged. They even fixed my dash cam wires and made it nice and neat that you couldn’t see it at all. ( which I did a horrible job myself). They also put a lottery ticket in the car to thank you for business. For every little details you can tell they are awesome.

They did a good job with the repairs. From beggining to end they follow through. The owners work the shop and they are aware of the progress of your vehicle. Anytime you need an update they are ready to inform you of any updates or changes. They are a very transparent company. Honest and hard working. Will definitely work with them again.

After having a damaged car because of the accident we had to make a decision about repairing. Fortunately Frank with NorthEast Collision was able to help us out. Car had to be taken apart, painted and put together.

Northeast Collision has to be one of the most honest companies I have dealt with in a long time, I’d recommend them to anyone. Andrew was great to communicate with, very prompt, informative, and extremely trustworthy. If your car needs to be fixed and fixed RIGHT, take it to this place!!!

We have been hit twice in the past year, and the first time was minimal damage. They had me in and out and replaced my back license plate light! Then I was hit again, this time with a lot more damage. They worked with the other persons insurance company and made sure I didn’t lift a finger! They fixed all the frame work and suspension as well. The work was amazing and you couldn’t even tell that I had been hit!

First time using Northeast for repair work. Could not have been more pleased with the service. Lea, at the front desk, was super pleasant and friendly. Then came Andrew for the repair estimate. Quick and fair and explained options thoroughly. They had the work done WAY ahead of schedule. Excellent job overall. And Ray the detail guy did great work for the final step.
