My husband and I have made purchases and needed assistance three times over the past month at this location. Each time Andrew gave us the greatest service imaginable. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional! After our first visit, he remembered us by sight and approached us with such kindness. It's a wonderful feeling as a customer, to feel so welcomed and appreciated! I highly recommend this Verizon location and specifically, their very special staff member, Andrew.

Jackie and Justin were super helpful in a very difficult situation that Verizon customer service didn't want to deal with. They dumped us to a local store that really had nothing to do with my issues. Nor did a local store have any ability to fix my situation. However they were patient and helped me through the Verizon customer support phone numbers to get my issues corrected. This was not easy. It involved 2 trips to the store. First one over an hour dealing with corporate. Next one I walked in at 4pm and was stuck on corporate support dealing with this till 10:15pm at night. 3hrs in the store and we transferred call to my cell left and was on call till 10:15 at night. These 2 poor employees who were caught in the middle were the only thing that helped keep my patience through this. Store apparently has a great staff that works together well.

I had a really great experience today. We just switched over to Verizon and my phone was not working; I had to go in person because the online customer service chat deleted my eSim. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I worked with David and he was awesome! So knowledgeable and patient. He knew exactly what to do to fix my phone issue and I was in and out rather quickly, he made this a seamless process.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Verizon workers named Shelvin and Tyrell recently, and I must say, their service was exceptional. From the moment I reached out to them for assistance, they demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that truly stood out.

Shelvin and Tyrell were not only knowledgeable about their products and services but also went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible solution for my needs. They patiently answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and provided clear explanations, making me feel confident in my choices.

Their excellent customer service skills were evident in their friendly and courteous demeanor throughout our interaction. They took the time to listen to my requirements and tailored their recommendations accordingly, which I greatly appreciated.

In addition to their technical expertise and customer-oriented approach, Shelvin and Tyrell exhibited a strong work ethic and a commitment to resolving my issues promptly. They were efficient and effective in their service delivery, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

Awesome experience here ! We had Joe helping us I was shopping for the new iPhone 15 and he was very helpful the whole process was smooth and he helped me get exactly what I wanted they have a nice variety of screen protectors and cases etc my girlfriend was even so impressed with the whole experience we went back today and got her a new iPhone 15 as well ! We will be coming to this store from now on whenever we want new phones awesome customer service !

Very good Verizon store . They can get a bit busy so just be patient. Just make sure you ask any employee to put your name in the system so you can be helped. My wife and I were helped by Robert. He was very honest and answered all our questions honestly. He didn't pressure us to spend more money and gave us tips for everything. Just have some patience and you will have a great experience. Ask for Robert or make an appointment online with him.

Mr. Otto was very helpful. Explained all the new plans and I was able to get a new phone.

Shout out to Otto, Tariq, and Rob! I had a very good experience from beginning to end. I have been a Verizon customer for years and what brought me into the store I needed a new phone for my mother and Rob was very helpful and explained everything to me and I ended up upgrading both mines and my mothers phones. And even tho this store has always been super busy did not feel rushed. Had to come back and Tariq was helpful again the store was busy but still very helpful and my last return to the store Otto helped me with my watch as I have switched from android to apple and he asked was the switch easy and if I had any issues and concerns I can come back and see him. All in all a very good experience!

SHOUT OUT TO OTTO!!!!!!

My girlfriend and I went in looking to add her to my existing family plan and at first she was hesitant but luckily Otto helped ease her mind and got us the best deal possible, not just for her new (GREEN) iPhone 13 Pro Max but for our family plan overall. Otto was informative, understanding and truthful when it came to getting us best deal available. We went in knowing the price of the phone we wanted, the iPhone 13 Pro (NOT MAX) but when Otto crunched the numbers and helped us save on our monthly bill, it only made sense to got all out and get the Pro Max AND WE STILL SAVED MONEY!!! Overall great experience, 5 stars all day!!!!

Came here with an unusual problem - phone number was no longer available on my device Employee “O” really took the time to diagnose and fix the issue, Saving me a trip to the technician location.. appreciate the help and problem solving expertise!

Visited today because my wife accidentally dropped her phone and cracked the screen. A couple negatives. This shopping center is brutal for parking and traffic, maybe my least favorite ever. Compound that with the long waits typical of cell phone store visits. However, our experience was as smooth as possible. My wife was nervous and a bit anxious, but Tariq was fantastic.

Khloe was extremely helpful when setting up a new line and buying new phones. She was very thorough in her explanation and displayed all options available to us. We will definitely be back the next time we need help with anything! 🙂

I have been with the same cell phone service since before it was Verizon and I wouldn't ever think of switching. Verizon Wireless has the best Customer Service not only in the wireless forum but in big business all around. I go to the River Front Center location to do business with one sales person in particular. His name is Jason Benjamin and I have actually followed him from another location. He is the best sales person they have. Pleasant and friendly but above all so very helpful.

Like the location, i think is spacious enough. Now with covid they have everything set-up for social distances. They was friendly. Andrew tiok care of me Nd provided good customer services and gavenme some extra information that was helpful to me. The plaxe is clean, you can make an appointment or walking. If anyone is ahead of you. They will text you and you can come back in.

"JB" was probably the best experience I have had in over 35 years in working with people. JB didn't just carefully go over each step of my phone transfer but was not selling me on anything, but I just wanted to buy from him. Totally present, no pushiness, ethical, thoughtful - I'm blown away!! Has Verizon come a long way in creating an awesome customer experience? Or is it just JB that is such a catch?? If I was into stealing employees, and he was looking, I would hire him in a minute! Fantissimo!

I had an amazing experience today at the Verizon store! A really helpful and patient young woman by the name of Jasmine help me acquire my new phone and iPad for a business I will b starting. She walked me through everything, explained all my options clearly and helped me set it all up! I love Jasmine!
