Sunrise Dental Pasco

We love Dr. Ellis & his entire staff! My son was a new patient with a dental emergency and they saw him the same day. Every staff member I came in contact with was smiling, friendly, and professional. Dr. Ellis managed to put my son at ease which is hard to do since my son does not like to go to the dentist. My son is actually looking forward to his next appointment! Dr. Ellis has a new fan & a patient for life! (Bless his heart).

What a nice office, staff and dentist. Even though I'm going to have some teeth pulled, I am confident they'll take great care of me. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They gave me options on planning my future dental work and my prescriptions were called in expeditiously. Jessica is a one of the best receptionists you could ask for. I've already passed the word on to my neighbor! Don't hesitate if you're looking for a nice facility and a new dentist.

My visit at Sunrise Dental of Pasco last week was different from other dental offices I've been too, not only was Dr. Zhang a great, friendly dentist, her staff really have a great professional attitude and know what they are talking about. I would recommend every one of my co-workers and family to come here. Very pleased with their work.

One of a kind dental office. The communication between staff was very professional and when going over my treatment plan they let me know exactly what procedure they where doing first, why it was being done first, and the amount i need to pay at the time of service. Very knowledgeable staff.

Sunrise Dental has been such a great dental office for my whole family! Pasco, Kennewick and new office in Richland all have very friendly staff and great dentists!

Great place! The girls at the front desk are super friendly and very flexible with scheduling! My hygenist is also very informative and helpful! Always reccomend this place to my clients! 10/10 would reccomend to anyone. :)

I was calling then and they didn't let me know the price on the crown I need and the receptionist wasn't kindly.

I was really looking forward to having a dentist close to my home that I could walk. Sunrise dental is for people who have dental insurance or are very rich. I came in for a $99 1st visit that included x-rays which I found out later were worthless.When I seen the cost for one filling $450 my heart sank. Once again US dentists have priced themselves out of the market. Maybe there good but I'll never know if just a filling is that much when I desperately needed much more.

Made an appointment 6 weeks ago, let them know that I was on blood thinners. Went in for a cleaning and was asked - if I had stopped taking my blood thinner medicine which I had not been informed that I needed to do that.
(I.e. 6 weeks ago) Hygienist said that he would not be able to do anything further. The dentist came in looked at my x-rays for 3 minutes - showed some things to me, looked at my teeth for 1 minute and determined I needed 4 crowns.
This place isn’t concerned about the health of your teeth - they are looking out to see how they can get $$$$$ out of your pocket.

I only rated because i have to but these people are so unprofessional, the girls working at the office are super unprofessional and rude …. I will definitely not be going there or referring anyone to this office..
