Puleo's Brick Oven

I have been going to Puleo’s brick oven for over 10 years and it has taken me this long to write a review! But better late then never! It is hands down one of the best restaurants in the county. I have traveled to all the surrounding Italian food options and nothing can compare!! The dishes are fresh, full of flavor and worth every penny! The tomato sauce (which is my tell tale sign of good Italian food) is AH-mazing! It doesn’t get better than this. The place is owned by father and son and they are always a warm welcome at the door. The waitstaff is delightful and the cooks are the towns hidden talent. I posted some of my favorite dishes over the years but you really can’t go wrong! The seafood is always spectacular! They can accommodate gluten free and vegans if you ask, and yeah… I could go on and on! But so so good.

Puleo’s Brick Oven never disappoints! The food is delicious, We love the Chicken Milanese and the Chicken Murphy Special- and of course the pizza!! It’s our favorite place to enjoy a night out with a group of friends, family, or even on a date night! The owners and the servers are very friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you’re enjoying your meal. You have to go!!!

The service is amazing, as I got my food in a short time. The atmosphere is great for a family, I will definitely go back. I had the meatballs, they were amazing. Overall a great place to go enjoy authentic Italian food and have a good time. Chuck and his staff make everyone feel like they are at home!

Puleo’s is not only amazing for a night out - they are the BEST for private parties! Our most recent was our son’s First Communion and everything was fantastic as always. Chuck and the whole staff take such great care of everyone and really go over and beyond to make the day extra special. The Brick is and always will be our favorite!!

Was at my grandsons Holy Communion and everything was great. From the delicious appetizers to the wonderful dinner. Can’t say enough good things about the food and service. Thank you for making Dylan’s day so special.

Who wouldn’t rate it a 5 out of 5. If there was a ten to give i’d give it. I finished all the food on my plate.

Puleo's is always fantastic. The food is fabulous and the best service. Hotsy Totsy shrimp is my all time favorite there. The specials are always delicious. We recommend Puleo's to all our friends.

The food at PULEO’s Brick Oven is exceptional in flavor and presentation. Our go to favorites are: rice balls, cesar salad, pizza, chicken parmesan, brick oven salmon and spaghetti and meatballs which are always perfectly cooked and flavorful.

The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. They make sure you and your family have the best experience whether you’re there for a casual meal or something more formal.

If you are looking for some good quality Italian food then head to PULEO’s with its outstanding food quality and attentive service. I highly recommend it.

Best calamari I’ve ever had. I still can’t find a place to beat it!!! I am a Puleo’s regular, their food is so darn good. The cream of the crop! I went in the other night for the meat special, I can’t stop thinking about it. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. You really can’t go wrong here. From one Italian to another it’s Italian made the way your grandma would. The personal thin crust pies are fantastic, everyone that works there is so nice and can always accommodate requests to change or add things to my meals when I’m feeling picky or difficult. Bottom line. CHECK THEM OUT!

Whenever we are in the area, we make a point of dining at Puleo's. We are a group of 6 women from 4 different States who get together twice a year and we really enjoy Puleo's.

We had a wonderful experience at The Brick Oven. The wait staff was very accommodating and friendly. The owners of the restaurant are welcoming. The menu is quite extensive and interesting. Highly recommend!!!!

I have been there more than 5 times and its consistently very good. There is a nice selection of food: pizza, meat and seafood. It helps to make a reservation on a busy night. Went here again with friends. Waitress was Kat and she was awesome. Great food as always.

Amazing food and service 100/10!

I was introduced to this by a friend who lives in the area. I always try to stop here whenever I am here visiting or for business. Great food. You feel like family here.

Excellent Italian fare at a friendly BYOB restaurant. Jersey has great Italian food, and Puleo's is one of the best.

My husband and I ate here for the first time
last night with another couple and our young children. The service was great and the food was outstanding. It was a very warm and welcoming environment for a young family. We will be back!

Me and my girls love to come here for our monthly get together. Life is so busy and something about Puleo’s food and welcoming environment keeps us coming back. They have so many healthy options that are much tastier than your everyday boring salad. Bringing our own bottles of wine is a super plus!!

The absolute perfect date night, because it’s BYOB we can each bring our own bottle saving us enough money for dessert ! Dinners are delicious and they give such large portions we always have enough for the next day!

Very nice neighborhood restaurant ...
Don't be swayed by my saying neighborhood...It just happens to be be close by to me! Excellent food, superb service, not noisy and good parking. BYOB restaurant ... prices reasonable and a plentiful serving. I know you will not be disappointed. Try their sauteed escarole and beans with sausage. ravioli and their delicious specials.

Good location, excellent food and very friendly service. We came here with a large work group and came with more than we reserved. They were super accommodating to our needs. The food came out timely and was all delicipus. Definitely recommend
