I walked into the store and was greeted by Alex and emely. They both took care of me with a great phone and transferred everything. This metro has new people and better the before. I'm definitely coming back.

I had the pleasure of working with Alex, Emily, and Miguel today who not only helped me with my phone and plan but assisted me with upgrading my phone. I entered the store upset with how my phone was not working but with their guidance and knowledge; they helped me upgrade my phone and plan to where I will be saving money every month. They displayed extreme care and customer service that cemented me as a MetroPCS customer for years to come. I highly recommend Alex and his team to meet all of your needs!!

Under new management and on a great path! Young lady was very helpful, she and her team helped me set up the phone properly with what I needed they took their time and I will definitely be bringing them more customers.
