A local gem, and a good bargain. This place is operated by very nice, friendly people who have obviously been doing it a long time and know what they are doing.
A diner is only as good as the coffee they serve, and 5 Star shines bright in this area. Next, egg breakfasts, any style, always perfect.
I only go here for breakfast, so I can't rate their other food, but I'm guessing it's all very good.
If you prefer to speak Spanish, you will feel comfortable using your native language here, since they are bilingual.

Amazing customer service, makes this feel like a local neighborhood cafe. Misha was fast, super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We actually just moved to the area and my fiancee has always hated "chain" coffee shops, but even he was impressed by how friendly and personal the staff are here. Definitely recommend this location.

Moving to the area and got breakfast. Great prices. Quick service. I love their grits and my family loves their home fries. Definitely a place to enjoy breakfast with a wonderful NJ DINER feel.

A very clean and homely environment. They have awesome and affordable home cooking. Breakfast is very tasty, delicious and fulfilling. I promise you won't be disappointed at all. They have the cheapest prices in town are better then the larger diners in the neighborhood. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I may be a bit biased, seeing the frequency I go here, but this is honestly the best breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot in this area. The staff are quick to converse with you, no matter if you're a regular or not, and they seem to know exactly when you need a refill on your coffee.

Whether you're looking for a full meal, a quick bite and run, or simply just a fresh cup (or three.. free refills!) of coffee, you can't ever go wrong with this shop. When this location's owner is on vacation, I find myself contemplating making my own breakfast rather than going to a different place.

The most affordable place to have breakfast and lunch in Teaneck. A Family owned business with the best arroz con pollo in Bergen County. Give it a try, you will never regret it.

I'm from out of town and wanted a diner style breakfast and they did not disappoint! Got the breakfast special and it really hit the spot.
