Super nice and honest people! They attempted to repair my refrigerator, extremely expensive repair. Unfortunately what they did wasn’t effective and I need a new refrigerator but they refunded my money for the repair the SAME DAY! Will always use them for any future repairs I need!

What a fine business! They had a great selection and we bought a used washer and dryer. They delivered to our house for a small fee and set everything up. When, unfortunately, the dryer gave out during the warranty period and could not be readily repaired, they had us come down and pick out another, newer dryer which they also delivered and installed for free, and they took the broken one away. They aren't just dependable, they are wonderful! Highly recommend!

Not only were they able to make it out same day, but they were able to come hours earlier than expected when our fridge stopped working. Very clearly knew what he was doing and what was wrong. In, fixed, and out in no time at all!

I was floored by their punctuality. I was running behind getting home from work, to meet the repair guy, after having been given a window of 10 AM to Noon. I got a call at 10:01 asking me where I was. Then he is there and he is trying all kind of diagnostics and we cannot pinpoint the root of the sound, and he's been doing this for 20+ years. He calls Maytag directly and talks to them, they tell him it's a 95% chance it's the transmission. We wait a week for the part. He comes back out, again right on time, he actually waits 15 minutes for me (traffic accident caused delays). He's down on the floor under there and has it installed in an hour. It's now so quiet I cannot even hear the spin cycle! Great job all around. I will call them for any appliance repair in the future.

Excellent customer service and warranty. I bought a used washer/dryer set and the provided everything I needed to get it set up. I found a minor issue with the set, and they were responsive, and came out free of charge to fix it up.
Would recommend!

I have come into the store many times with nothing more than a picture of a washer/dryer with brand name (never with a model number), and they have 100% of the time been able to identify the correct part, but also always had it in stock at a price competitive with online. I bought a washer a month or so ago, and immediately had an issue with it. They drove to Prosser to repair it completely under warranty within a couple days. I just had another issue that I needed fixed. I was willing to install parts myself, but they more or less insisted that they come back out to Prosser again to fix it, another warranty call. They have more than secured my future business. Forget about fb market place or Craigslist. It is worth the drive from Prosser (or further). Thanks again!

Needed a part for the dryer and they were only ones that had it and I needed the part today. I would've had to wait two days for Amazon and four business days anywhere else. They tested the part (thermostat fuse) to make sure it was for sure broken and then brought out the replacement. 20 bucks for the part while Amazon had it for 6 but it was worth it. Great customer service!

My washer stopped in the middle of it's cycle and it wouldn't drain. They told me that it was probably the filter. Turns out, there was a pen and a sock blocking the drain tube on my Whirlpool Duet. I didn't have the money for a technician. They were tremendously nice and helpful! Thank you Chris! Plus I made a dollar with the change I found in the filter, can't beat it.

Absolutely love this place, customer service is always top notch. Bought a used fridge from them, after a week the freezer just wasn't getting cold enough. Talked to Alex and he said no problem, we have a replacement here and we'll deliver at not charge and pick up the old one. Couldn't ask for more!

They live up to their name! We called about 15 minutes from closing asking if a part was in stock, and they had it, and managed to stay open a little past closing for us to get the part. Everyone there was friendly, kind, and funny. Highly recommend!

These guys are so helpful. Totally recommend this place if you cant afford brand new appliance. They even change out the 220 plug to the one I needed! The stove I bought has lots of life left in it!
