From sales to service, the customer service and education is top tier. I have had my fears of being taken advantage of, over charged, and manipulated by dealerships. Instead I am treated as family, cared for beyond expectation, honestly informed every step of the way. This has boosted my confidence and faith in car buying and maintenance with the BC team. Service is timely, they call/text (real person not automated) with valuable updates, pricing is market comparable and they try to help prioritize need based services so I’m not just dropping all of my pay into my vehicle. Sales ensured I left the lot with wrap around care for my car: insurance, warranty, maintenance packages and reminders set up, follow up on how the car was working for me genuinely! This is unmatched, I am set and happy to call Bud Clary home.

I can't rave enough about my experience purchasing a car from Bud Clary. Every staff member I interacted with was not only friendly and helpful but genuinely seemed to love what they do.
Our journey to purchase a new car had us interacting with 3 different Bud Clary dealerships. One thing that stood out to me was the consistency across the board. It wasn't just one exceptional salesperson or service advisor; it was everyone. They all exemplified the values of Bud Clary Dealerships, from the sales staff, the finance manager helping us with paperwork to the service advisor who gave us a tour and explanation of the features of our new car.

Came in driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla, left with a 2023 Dodge Challenger. The process was super easy. Paul Kim was awesome. Really mellow. Had the opportunity to also meet Danny, Quinn, and Jeff. this place deserves every one of the 5 stars that i gave them. i was looking for a 4 door pickup and we looked through a couple, none of which seemed like a fit that was quirlte good enough. i told khalil the price i was comfortable with, and within 5 minutes he found me the winner. he helped me bring it down to a much better price, and daniel at financing found me a rate on a loan that was a good couple of percentage points lower than i was expecting. throw in a great warranty, GAP insurance and even a fancy rain coating for my windshield and the monthly payment was still very manageable for what i got. i got the feeling like everybody at the dealership went out of their way to make sure i was taken care of, and i cannot tell you how much i appreciate that. oh and did i mention the free oil changes and tire rotations?! yeah, this place will have my business for a good long while

They got me in for an oil change, that I get 3 for the price of 2, which is great. They always kept you informed if other services are needed. They get you right in & out if waiting & they vacuumed my car out for all the fir needles. They are so friendly and kind.

Hats off to Andrew & Tom for making magic happen. After a long and exhausting car hunt around the area, they pulled out ALL the stops and were patient and understanding with me throughout my car shopping process. They got me into a stunning car that I can say I love and feel I got a great deal. Also want to give thanks to Loren who was so sweet and walked me through the car setup- he was so endearing and wonderful! They made car shopping as a female a much less daunting experience. 👏

Pleasantly pleased doing business with Bud Clary in Auburn. My husband and I were in the market for a new truck. We didnt have high hopes due to friends past experiences. Surprisingly we had a fantastic experience. Everyone we met and dealt with were knowledgeable, professional and kind. The whole process from test drive to take home was easy as could be. We did struggle with my income verification. Which honestly not sure why I've been at my job for 17 years. Danny in finance was terrific, he had to contact me almost every other day needing more and more information for the lender. If I were him I would have given up on me lol!!! He was patient and explained every step of the process to get the lending to go through. After all his perseverance he made it happen. If were ever in need of another new vehicle I know where we will be going 1st.

I came in with a hope of finding my next car. I will say I am far from an easy client to work with high wants and standards. The team I worked with made this process super easy. Luis, Stephan, and all others involved made this experience a spectacular one. Can confirm I will be a repeat customer, and love my new wrangler!!
