Been coming here for over 8+ years. Dr Hansen is the BEST and so is Mitch (my fave hygienist ever). Everyone including front desk staff are kind, cheerful and accommodating. I’ve even brought my autistic young son and Dr Hansen was like a friendly grandpa, making him feel at home & not stressed - it was a miracle visit for us and I’m so grateful for them! ❤

Hansen Family Dental was able to secure an emergency dental second opinion appointment for me the next morning after I called there. I was suffering the aftermath of dry socket infection from a failed dental implant placed by another dental practice. I had been suffering from excruciating, constant, and severe pain for two and half weeks with no relief! I didn't think this was a normal healing process and wanted a second opinion. Dr. Hansen was kind, gracious, and compassionate towards me and extremely empathetic to the pain I was suffering! Dr. Hansen was very informative and took his time explaining what was happening! Dr. Hansen treated me like family and gave me the care and treatment that he would provide his own family! The dental staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming! The office staff are very welcoming, friendly, and kind when you walk through the front doors! Dr. Hansen was able to refer me immediately to an oral surgeon for further treatment options that same morning! This was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this dental practice for your dental care!

Been going here for a couple years and wish it had been longer. Could have saved myself some heartache. The staff is gentle, caring and very professional. The Dr's have all been excellent. Just had to crowns put on my two front teeth and they look phenomenal. Huge difference to my smile. Sometime your bite feels off and you have to go back repeatedly. It feels perfect and better than before even. The team nailed it. Sealed the deal. Puns intended. 👏 5 stars.

Hansen Dental makes me extremely happy that I switched dentist a couple of years ago. Not just one time happy but happy every time I go for an appointment. They also take excellent care of my elderly mom. They are very attentive to detail. Wonderful place.

During our recent Halloween appointment, the entire team donned delightful costumes, bringing smiles to our faces. The dental assistant provided exceptional care to my grandson, reassuring him and guiding him through the appointment tear-free. The dentist demonstrated patience and took the time for a thorough examination. I wholeheartedly recommend this office for anyone in search of a new dentist.

Hansen family dental has been the best dentist office I have ever been to. I had the privilege of going to Dr.Hansen for years while I lived in the Tri-Cities. He always did an excellent job and his focus at every visit was making me comfortable and providing the best dental service. Having since moved out of state, every dentist I have gone to since has commented on how excellent of a job my previous dentist (Dr.Hansen) had done. I get comments such as “who ever did your previous fillings did a phenomenal job, they look excellent.” And “your previous dentist knew exactly what he was doing. Most people aren’t as lucky to find such a good dentist.” If you are looking for the best dentist in town, Dr.Hansen is your guy. His work proves itself, and I am happy to have been able to have him as my dentist.

They staff are so sweet and welcoming. I always come in with an enthusiastic hello from the staff. I always look forward to seeing everyone (and getting my teeth cleaned). I have the best conversations with the dental hygienists and talking about life. Growing up I hated going to the dentist because it was dark and gloomy inside but Hansen dental is the total opposite. The environment is very chill and welcoming.

I love that I can go early before work for a routine checkup. X-ray, teeth cleaned, fluoride treatment & teeth checked by the doctor and made it to work before 8am! Great service!
