Aerowood Animal Hospital

My family has taken all ours pets (2 dogs, 2 cats) here for the last 8 years. We appreciate the care and kindness they have shown when our pets have been healthy or near end of life. Despite being such a busy industry, their service has been top notch.
They have different vets and I try to remember which ones I prefer and make appointments with them. Dr Shana and Dr Vlad have been great.

For 25 years I’ve been taking my fur babies to Aerowood because of the consistently excellent care they provide. During this time I only had one vet that was an a-hole, but he didn’t last long. Sucks that there’s a lot of turnover, but get on board right now because Dr Vlad is really extraordinary. Bummed that they’re no longer a 24/7 emergency facility - really hoping this changes.

We have been clients of Aerowood for 40+ years and 4 dogs. There have been some management issues but they appear to be in the past. New puppy was examined by Dr Vlad. He was personable, thorough, and answered all our questions. Front desk staff were very helpful. We are happy to continue with Aerowood's personal vet service with our new dog!

Aerowood has looked after my pets for a number of years and I have always found them to be compassionate professionals who practice good medicine at a reasonable cost. All the vets and staff there are remarkable and work hard to take care of pets and their owners. During my last visit, my vet, Dr. Vlad, was able to ascertain that what I thought was a dental problem needing an expensive dental procedure was actually a harmless growth. I appreciate that the well-being of my pets comes first.

I would highly highly recommend arrowheadarrell wood the personal attention that they gave to my girl Jenny made me feel like I was part of the family they also remembered my name and her name which even made it more personal. Doctor Sean was so Perceval and thoroughly explained to everything the staff in the front office was terrific thank you arrolwood. Maybe is home and doing wonderful thank you thank you.

My dog is a nervous wreck every time he comes here, but the staff members are always so kind, understanding, and genuine. There's a white board at the entrance that welcomes all the pets coming in with their names listed and it's so wholesome! This attention to detail paired with the reasonable prices makes it clear that Aerowood is a vet run by true animal lovers.

Great clinic with friendly knowledgeable staff. First time at the clinic for my kitty. Appointment was on time, the veterinarian Vladimir, listened to the issue(s), and discussed the tests and options for treatment. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my animals here for many years- They are a little more expensive then most places but you get what you pay for! Not to mention if your a patient here already and have an emergency they get you in quickly with very little paperwork!! Love that they are 24hrs or will be again soon!

Just a first-rate experience in every way. The doctor who saw my pup (Pastore) was very thorough and knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel like a long-term client even on my first visit. The check-in process was efficient and I got a bunch of good advice for caring for my furry friend. I will be happy to call Aerowood ‘my vet’ from now on.

So amazing, they saw my kitty same day I called for an emergency appointment and took such great care of him. Looking forward to going back for my baby boys regular checkups . They saved his life <3

Staff is responsive, kind, patient, and informed. We've had to take our 2 year old rescue, Luna, for treatment after a wound and they were gentle and patient with both Luna and us, explaining everything simply and calmly and they followed up post treatment too. Any other time we've brought Luna for an appointment, they've been equally kind and patient from their front desk staff and assistants to the vets. Luna is fearful and anxious and they handle her with care.

It seems to be hard to find a vet who thoroughly explains the issues as well as the treatment. I was impressed with this clinic. Very comfortable and helpful.

Dr. Vlad at Aerowood is the best Vet my kitty has had. Personable, kind, and professional.

Always have had a good experience with this Vet. We've been taking our dogs there for over 20 years. I would recommend this place to anyone with pets. There fast, friendly and easy to make Appointments.

I have been taking my pets to Aerowood for over a decade. We recently adopted a new puppy from a rescue and she just had her first vet visit. Unfortunately our new puppy was not on her best behavior, which happens sometimes (with rescues especially). Dr. Murphy and the other staff were so patient and accommodating for her. I want to take the time to say you’re all doing a wonderful job and our family appreciates you immensely.

The entire staff at Aerowood has been kind, knowledgeable and very patient when answering my questions. I wish my dog didn't need to go to a vet, but I'm glad Aerowood is there when he does.

Aerowood was able to see my pet within a few days of the call. They were friendly, thorough and caring at all times. When I called later with questions for the doctor my call was returned, by the doctor, promptly with complete and detailed answers and directions. I will definitely continue with care for my pets at this facility.
