Came here to get our covid shots, the pharmacist Ashwini could not have been nicer and more gentle with my kid. She also took care of us very quickly.. definitely coming back

I’d probs say the best pharmacy in wa. Super friendly from the head pharmacists down to the tech. They have quirky but likable energy. They are also dealing w a lot of messes rn w the shortages and back orders and have to face a lot of upset customers because of this, so bonus points for their resiliently positive attitudes.

The front manager at this facility is very warm & welcoming. We received our Covid-19 vaccination here after scheduling an appointment online. The doctors administering vaccines near the pharmacy area were also friendly & efficient and the entire process was completely stress-free. Thank you!

The man who works as the front end manager is extremely kind and welcoming. Everytime I go in to this location I see him consistently warmly greeting every single customer. Today I saw him taking the time to escprt an elderly customer out to her car. Seeing this act of kindness made my day. I am and will continue to remain a loyal customer to the East Gate Rite Aid for a number of reasons, but the largest of those is because the Manager exemplifies what customer service should be and makes every visit to the drug store true pleasure.

They've remodeled. It's very nice. Clerks are all artsy, quirky, and fun. The pharmacist staff are really nice. One of the pharmacists is very knowledgeable. SOOOOOOOOO convenient at the 150th exit in eastgate.

One of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. I was visiting from out of town and had an emergency and the young lady Pharmacist was very helpful getting my prescription there.

Pharmacy: Great customer service & extremely quick refills. I switched from my primary pharmacy to this one & pay a few bucks more but it's so worth it. Definitely recommend.
