The Pickled Pig

This is my new favorite place! Not only did they provide excellent service but they made my experience unforgettable!! Their hospitality, entertainment, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. If you're looking for an environment that feels like home and offers great entertainment, this is the place to be.

Loved the Ice Bar, two fire pits, DJ on the deck, live music inside and the entire staff!!

Huge thank you to Stuart for assisting me with a reservation for my son's early birthday dinner, and for the staff having balloons, hat and noisemakers ready for him as well. I believe our server's name was Kevin he was super sweet and attentive. We had a great experience and made my son's night. Thank you again so much we will be back very soon ❤

We went to The Pickled Pig twice during our time at Lake Placid because the food was so good!! First time there, we ordered the smothered nachos for our app (very enjoyable). I ordered the crack burger with chips, my husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich. My son ordered the baja killer shrimp tacos and my little one ordered the kids fried shrimp and cinnamon apples. We all loved our meals and tried each others, it was all mouth watering honestly!! We went to dine at another restaurant the following day but werent impressed so our next dine out experience, we went back to the Pickled Pig. This time we got the cardiac fries as our app (very yummy). I got the Be still my heart sandwich, my husband got the pulled pork tacos this time, my son got the brisket tacos and my girl got fried shrimp again this time with a pickle (which was huge by the way but very fresh and tasty). The food was a hit once again and we were all happy with our choices. I'd like to add that the portions are fair based on prices and the flavors are worth the money, hands down. The ambiance was chill. We ate inside and the second time we opted for outside since weather was nice. The servers were very friendly and welcoming to us and especially the kids, which was great and appreciated. I tried two local draft beers during our visits as well and enjoyed both. Overall, we have not one, but two wonderful dining experiences at the pickled pig. Highly recommend to all and if we're back in the area, we'll be heading back to the Pickled Pig!! We loved it!

this place rocks!! the kitchen is open till 3am, the bartenders are the kindest and really strive to create a memorable experience and the live band is simply the cherry on top, can’t wait to be back, also miona is simple the best, hospitality is what this joint is all about!!

I love this restaurant! Last year I came to LP and ate here. It was horrible and I never wanted to eat there again. This year it was different though. It was a late night and most places were closed. We decided to go to the Pickled Pig and all the food was great. I also went the next day and got the Brisket sandwich which was delicious. The Pickled Pig has successfully redeemed itself.

I was in between choices, but I decided to go for the nachos with added brisket, and my boyfriend got the XL Burger. Both were SOO DELICIOUS! I saw a previous review about nachos with cheese on the side, and I think it was a serious miscommunication. Their nachos are awesome and I would definitely recommend!

Can’t even express how much my husband and I loved this place today. Incredibly friendly staff from the host who sat us to our server to the bartender who made my drink. Awesome atmosphere… then the food! 🤤
I got the pulled pork sandwich with fries. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with fries. Everything down to the gigantic binge worthy pickles was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Our waitress was so sweet. The place is always busy so there is a wait but it's definitely worth the wait. I love the fire pit area outside. The food is amazing!

Walked in moments after opening was promptly greeted by staff. The service was very quick and the bartender (Billy) was very knowledgeable about the area and the current events taking place.
I had the wings and Chili which was fantastic, My Wife did the Shrimp tacos which were equally delicious. Will be back in the Fall.

Got in late on a Sunday night and was looking for a beer and comfort food to go late night. Brisket sandwich was good but the wings were the best I have had in years. Place was closing soon but the bartender/server assured me it was no problem! Kudos to this place for still adhering to great customer service and serving a hungry tired commuter.

Great place for any meal, all hours of the day. My friends and I had a great time, and the staff was awesome and fun ;) Bartender makes great drinks. We will definitely be returning next time we’re on vacation.

Our waiter Joe was terrific and knowledgeable about the menu. We were serve fast. Atmosphere was amazing; we ate outside.. truly good homemade food! Portions are huge and so worth every penny. Their sauce and flavors are perfection! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From us!

Places a to go order tonight and couldn’t have gotten better service. The food was fresh and hot. The ribs were fresh off the grill . Cassie served us some cold drinks while we waited

Glad we found this place, love the ability to get food late. We loved the location over looking the Olympic Arena and Speed skating facility. Food was very good and filling, we ordered way too much food. But are glad we got to share and taste a few more items on menu staff was Very nice and quick. We will visit again hopefully with some ice skates so we can skate the rink

HUGE servings and very polite, friendly staff. Prices seem high but definitely not considering the sizes of everything.
Everyone really enjoyed their food and playing pool.
We were staying in Lake Placid for a hockey tournament and decided to go out in a huge group for our first dinner. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant even with all of our rowdy kiddos ages 9/10.
Thank you for accommodating the dreaded separate checks and making this our easiest meal while we were in town!

Best place in placid. Great BBQ, burgers, beer… awesome service too. Patrick was our server the last time we went and he was great! Super fast and thoughtful. We come here every time we pass through placid!

A definite must-visit in Lake Placid! If you're a foodie and appreciate generous portions, make your way to this place. It has a pub-like ambiance with a classic ski lodge feel, and the food will surely entice you to return. I highly recommend the crack burger, and oh my, the chicken wings are the best I've ever had. The best smash burger Ive had. Everything is made from scratch, including the chips. Friendly, cheerful staff. Outdoor fire pit with Adk chairs.
Unpretentious atmosphere.

I am a musician and this is my first week playing there and was there two nights in a row and there's not a bad thing to say about this place the food looks fantastic. The service. Friendliness and everyone there was having a great time can't wait to go back
