Mid-Columbia Dental

The staff at Mid-Columbia Dental are first class. Even before we made it to our first appointment they were able to make it better. From then on the way we were treated was nothing less than outstanding. I have been somewhat fearful of going to the Dentist for over 50 years. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. 5 star's is what I give them only because I can't give them more. 100 percent recommend Mid-Columbia Dental.

This is the most top notch dental office I've ever visited. Every single one of them, Dr Howard, Valentina, Mia, and the entire rest of their staff, are absolutely amazing and they do everything they can to give an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every step from making the appointment, filling out forms, and getting checked in, to getting teeth cleaned, taking images, charting, chatting with the dentist and completing the visit was so easy. The dental work including fillings, crown work, and even wisdom teeth removal was shot on. They went above and beyond to listen to me and to make sure everything was done to perfection. I found a new permanent dental office and can't think of any reason that I will ever go anywhere else from here on out. I highly recommend going to them for all of your dental needs.

It was my first time coming to this dental Clinic Mia was the one helping me she was really good of what she was doing I was a little nervous but, she really take care of me.

I can’t find the right words to express how much I love this place! Everyone is so kind and graceful. This is a group of people who love what they do and you can tell by the way they treat their patients and the way they work together. If you are looking for a dentist that is willing to go above and beyond for you and will listen and bring comfort and guidance in getting back to you best oral health journey this is the place to be. I had my cleanings, fillings and finish my SureSmile journey with such great results. I went from no regular care to meeting my cosmetic goals all in one place. I love this place so much. Everyone is so welcoming (great for someone with an anxiety disorder). No judgment, kind, helpful, friendly people. The bathroom is really nice, too. They have coffee, too. The chairs have heat/massage. I feel like I’m at a 5-star resort here. I look forward to the ridiculous amount of work I need done. They treat you like you’re a human. The lobby is so cute. I usually write reviews only if I’m really impressed or really not so here I am.

Definitely The Best Dentist!
Assisted from start to finish with extreme care and comfort. The staff was all smiles and welcoming. Cami, assisted me before making the actual appointment quick. Entering a calming, clean, and top-notch office was refreshing and helped me relax! The Dental Assistant, Mia, is superb! Her accuracy and urgency to my situation, was immediately recognized and executed wonderfully. The staff was very kind. Dr. Howard is very knowledgeable. He explained, and comforted me for the next steps going forward. The Office Manager, Valentina, also very knowledgeable; assisted me with the financial steps going forward and what assistance would be available to me. I am very pleased and happy with my experience with Mid Columbia Dental! I highly recommend this establishment!!

From the time I walked in, the staff greeted me and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Howard is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, ensuring I understood my treatment plan and options. He is the BEST dentist i have ever been to and highly recommend.

As usual, visit was calm and relaxing. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful as usual.
Found out I might need oral surgery before getting my new teeth tho! Not very happy about that!!

I love Mid-Columbia Dental, especially the dental hygienist Christine in the Pasco location. She's kind, gentle and super helpful! She's the best. I also visited them, told them I had to rush to a work meeting and not only did they do an amazing job on my teeth but were so respectful of getting me out on time. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I could not be more happy right now!! In the past I had a VERY bad experience at a dentist and quit going all together. I was literally scared to the point of panic attacks. I'm pretty sure I was even crying when I arrived at my first appointment with Dr Howard, however, that changed in about one minute. I really appreciated the warm, friendly, family atmosphere and how they were able to put me at ease. That day I underwent a complete dental extraction and not only do I not remember it, I haven't had any pain at all!! I took the pain medicine for 2 days and then stopped and no pain. I can't believe it was a great experience and not a traumatic one!!! Now I actually look forward to going and seeing everyone. Even fitting my temporary dentures into my extra small mouth was a great day!! They are so awesome I have recommended them to a few different people who have went and they too have been completely happy with the experience. This is for sure the best place to go for any kind of dental work.

Mia was awesome! I have been inconsistent with the dentist over the years, so there are issues. But she didn't judge and got to work and did a fantastic job. And helped me come up with a plan for the future. Everyone at Mid-Columbia dental is extremely nice. And they do great work.

Mia did a wonderful job! She was very thorough in step by step in what she was doing she did a fabulous job especially for someone who is scared of the dentist she made me feel comfortable! Cami was super helpful and informational with giving me different plans and what options were available to me! Will definitely continue my dental plan with these guys and would recommend anyone who’s looking for a new dental office for them self! Thank you Mia and Cami for being so professional and kind!

I was hesitant on choosing a dentist due to past dentists, but I definitely needed one for my teeth due to pain. I’m beyond happy I gave my trust to Mid-Columbia Dental, their team is amazing, nice, comforting, and supportive. I felt comfortable and at ease knowing the work they would do on my teeth from fillings to wisdom teeth extraction would be done right the first time. ✅

I had a great time with Mia Vazquez doing a long time needed check up she was super gentle and informative so overall it was an easy appointment with no worries and super clean teeth.

Always good service. You pay a little more coming here but to me the staff here take care of you. I never have anxiety going to the dentist anymore. Parking is a little difficult if you have a big truck. But as I said the staff are what make this place great.

I was embarrassed it had been a few years since I've been to a dentist but Mia made me feel very comfortable and at ease, kept telling me "if we work together, we got this". All the staff was nice and understanding which made it the best experience to a dentist I've had so far. Even during the cleaning, Mia kept making sure I was doing good, very gentle too so I hardly felt any discomfort, just amazing job and attitudes by all. Feel good in my choice of dentist.

These guys did fantastic. I was quite nervous about the whole process, and the potential pain that would come with it, but the extractions went super smooth. Very personable staff as well. Definitely going to be my goto from this point on!

I am very happy to have found your office in my emergent situation. Your staff of many were all so helpful and pleasant. Being a nervous dental patient, I was quite at ease. The practice is very up to date with the latest equipment and knowledgeable staff. Dr Howard covers the entire procedure and goes through the entire process with you and gets the job done. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who has had dental issues in the past.

I had my teeth cleaning on 11/14/23 by the best hygienist by the name “Christina” !!!
She is absolutely amazing, so gentle but got all my tea stains out and my teeth look amazing! Best experience so far comparing to other cleanings that I had in the past. Thank you Christina and God Bless you!!!
