Dr Timson is a good Dr. He’s been doing this for a very long time. I believe you are in good hands at his office. Nancy has been with him for as long as he’s been in the Huntington area. She is a wonderful person as well

on most problems you may have and will happily suggest if you need a
specialist. He is patient and kind and truly rare in the field of medicine

I come from a family of doctors, my father, his brother, my son and a daughter in-law. I am 80 and I have suffered from Lupus for over 40 years. My son insisted that I get an MDVIP doctor and after a lot of research he picked Dr. Timson. I am so happy he did.
Dr. Timson not only is a very qualified excellent physician but his beautiful spirit is enough to make me feel better the second I see him. His goal is to keep me on the safest path with the fewest drugs and the least amount of stress.
My son is an ER Doc at Stonybrook and I don't like to stress him out with my issues. Dr.Timson is like my son who always makes me feel loved and very cared for.and never minds me being a pain in his butt!!! I love him....

I always have a positive interaction with Dr. Charles Timson. I also have recommended him to friends when asked who is my primary physician. I will be extremely saddened when he retires.

I have never written review like this but was compelled to. Horrible office. Husband had to change PCP because of an insurance change and found dr. Timson. First visit felt like doctor did good work up but when husband very shortly after initial visit needed clearance for surgery was told Dr.Timson had no appointments. He was in such pain and didn’t want to put off surgery waiting for dr. Timson he changed doctors. Went to Northwell Physician Partners in Great Neck now that accommodated him immediately and is responsive to any time of need as a PCP should be. On top of it, still getting bills inappropriately ONE yr later having stopped going to this office. Told doctor and medical assistant where to send labs and they sent to wrong place. office has done nothing about it when they are 100% in the wrong. Tell us to ignore collection notices. I refuse to pay when I have coverage and should have a zero balance. Physician should send bloods to where instructed. Do you really want to go somewhere that makes mistakes as simple as that, is incompetent to rectify their error, and when you need physician is not there for you??? Stay away from this practice. This office gets zero stars but that wasn’t and option.

Do not visit this office. I cannot speak for the physicans skill, but the office is terribly run. I have had to wait a minimum of an hour each time i have visited. NEVER AGAIN! It also does not look good when the doctor strolls in the office 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time resulting in a full waiting room.
