Great staff! They took the time to listen to my concerns and when the issue didn't show up in the initial test drive, they took what I was saying seriously and looked into it further, which resulted in them finding and correcting the issue I came in with. I would certainly recommend them!

Great service at an honest price.
I just had a hitch and receiver installed on my Jeep over at Bill's Tire Center. I have been there in the past for smaller things, like state inspections and oil changes / tire rotations and I was very happy with the service and professionalism. This time, I was so pleased that I decided to write a 5 star review. Not only was the work performed in a timely manner, it looks great too! I want to thank you for the great experience and I'll be sure to bring more future work your way.

Great honest service! I needed a quick turnaround on a flat and Bill's was the only place that could provide my tire size. He provided the right tire at the right price and his worker came out and explained to me the alignment process done for my vehicle and the best advice moving forward. Highly recommend and we will return. I even went online to confirm best pricing, and his price was already a match. Also him and his team are very military-friendly. Five stars!

Amazing service. Very friendly and knowledgeable people working there. It's been a long time since I've experienced real customer service from people actually invested in the company they work for. They gave me a great quote on tires over the phone. When they were working on my truck they found a loose tire rod end, something my dealer had missed (Or chosen not to replace). I miss having companies like this around where I live. Glad to see some of them still exist. It's definitely worth the trip.

I had to go here to get pictures taken of my vehicle for insurance. The staff is very polite, helpful, fast, and efficient. The whole process was very painless and I was in and out before I knew it. When I need tires for my new car I will definitely start my search here. Thanks for the chat and the great service!!!!

My family has taken cars here for a while now, Bill's staff is awesome, they can explain things when I have questions and will bring me out back to show me what it is they're talking about! We get our tires from Bill too - all season and snow - he's great about giving deals and explaining what's going on! I had some issues relates to the last place I took it (not Bill's) and Bill and his staff were AWESOME about explaining what happened and getting it fixed quickly!!

Found needed part quickly and service was extremely quick. They have a very knowledgeable staff. They were quick to help my fiancé access the issue with his vehicle & helped him find the correct part to purchase. Extremely kind employees!

This review is long overdue! Been going to Bill’s for years for snow tires and rims for all of our vehicles and the kids’ too! No matter how much we price compare and factor in the Canada-US exchange rate, Bill comes through with great quality and prices every time! And it’s closer than Ottawa. Also just a great guy with great staff. What’s more is you can have your US packages delivered here for less than at other similar package places in Ogdensburg. Call Bill to give you a quote. You won’t regret it.

Quick to get us in for a basic inspection. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff and cozy waiting room. We always use Bills Tire Center and are never there more than an hour usually.

Dropped off vehicle for new tire, oil change and inspection. Last experience was not good, hopefully this one is better. Will update rating after pickup tomorrow.........very happy with service and great price, thank you so much.

Every time I come here, Bill and his staff are so courteous and patient. Most importantly, they know how to listen. It's not always easy to describe what's wrong with your vehicle, but BILL'S gets it.
I would be remiss if I didnt mention Mr. Mike St.Dennis, a consummate professional through and through. His knowledge of auto mechanics is not only impressive, its mind boggling.

I have been a Bill's Tire Center customer for approximately 20 years. Whether it's renting a U Haul truck or service work I always get excellent service and pricing. I live about an hour from Bill's Tire Center and still travel the distance to due business there because I trust the team there!

Bill and the gang are always helpful! They accommodate anything I need and answer all my questions in a way I can understand. And whenever I need work done, Mike is the guy to do it!

I found the service to be excellent, prices very reasonable, and Mike was especially helpful when I was in a bind to get my car serviced. He is extremely knowledgeable and therefore I highly recommend Bills Tire Center. I was very pleased overall.

I got my tires put on there and all the workers were friendly and kind and the owner as well. they did a great job and were caring and knowledgeable. I will be going back for sure!

Been going to Bills with both family cars for 6+ years. Have had everything done from tires and breaks to transmission work. Even with a 30% loss on the dollar, US prices are on par with 'sale' prices in Canada. Labour costs are much lower, so the more intensive the job is... the more you save. I often go down with two cars, drop one off, make a week-end out of it with the family at the outlets (and save more money,) or do the tourist thing in Syracuse, Watertown, Adirondacks ... etc and pick-up the other car on the way back with the 48 hour exemption on work done as well as shopping :)

As for Bills Tire management, I have never been 'burned' and he always offers options on work, to include low cost DIY alternatives. I have run into many people from Ottawa who are return/repeat clients. I have referred friends to Bill and none of them have had issues.

The only problem I have is that it never occurred to me to get work done on my car when I first started going to the states in the 80's.

P.S. They also accept parcel deliveries for clients for less than the UPS store; but, they have more restrictive hours for pick-up.

Took me in for a last minute safety inspection and also put my registration sticker on for me! Very nice!
